Went there recently to replace the batteries in my five watches which took 10 minutes. One of them had to be serviced to which he proceeded to tell me the price upfront and the watch was fixed at a reasonable time. The merchandise was beautiful and the service was quick, all at a sensible price. The owner seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about my watches. 10/10 recommend love this place and I’ll be coming back soon!

I was traveling to Houston from out of town for business and my necklace clasp broke. I thought I would wait until I got back home but a friend had recommended this jeweler to me. I brought it in and the jeweler was very knowledgable and had the necklace repaired within the same day for a great price! The service is great and when I come back for business I will definitely return to take a look at their beautiful selection.

I went to this store to find a necklace for my wedding anniversary. Though they did not have what I was looking for, the shop owner assured me that he could make what I wanted. So I gave him the specs and asked to have it ready before my anniversary (a couple of weeks out). He called me two days before my anniversary and said it was ready. As soon as I laid eyes on it, I noticed that it was crooked. He eventually admitted that it was crooked and said he would fix it by the next day. Since I did not hear from him, I went back to the store the next day to pick it up and, though it was a little straighter, it was still crooked. Since I had already put a $460 deposit down on it and my only other option was to turn up to my anniversary empty-handed, I had to pay him an additional $460 to take this crooked piece of jewelry home to my wife. When I asked for a discount, he laughed and said he had upgraded the diamonds. No idea if that is true and don't know why he would have unless he knew he was selling me an inferior, crooked piece. Regardless, I paid almost $1,000 for a crooked pendant that I have to see every time my wife wears it.

We buy most of our jewelry from Jade Jewelry. We will also only trust Hung to fix any jewelry or watches. He does a fantastic job and his prices will be better than anyone in the city.

I Love this place. The owner and his wife are friendly and professional at the same time. I find them very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection. I bought a jade and diamond ring from here, and I get tons of compliments, and did not spend an arm and a leg. He's also good at repairing jewelry, replacing batteries in watches, etc.

Worst experience ever. My friend was looking for a wedding ring and the rep at the store was not helpful at all. It seemed to us at one point that he was not quite interested in selling. We are not returing to the store. They lack professionalism big time.

Great owner been in business many years and was a great man to help with the buying process of fine jewelery. This place has a lot of very unique pieces and stayed after hours to help me with my decision.
