Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever received from ANY type of vehicle service shop. The first time I visited and received such service, I assumed it was because I was a first time customer. On my second visit about 6 months later, same impressive service. Returned for a third time after another 6 months, and once again, outstanding quality. I wish my own company offered such consistently amazing service. Great work! ~Hal

I purchased a set of tires from this location back in the summer of 2020. Two(2) front tires only lasted 2 yrs. Talked to one of the associates and was told they ripped me off. Luckily I can't post the pictures. I will never do business with a Pepboys again! ~one

Don't go here, worse quick trip I've seen. At 750am no coffee, except some weird kind, cream on its last drops, no ice in machine, coffee counter all dirty. Told attendant, says they been too busy. 3 people working. Shhss ~Sofia

Nice QuickTrip location in Mesquite. Very centrally located on Military Parkway and Scyene Boulevard off IH-635. This location is very large and has many gas ⛽️ pumps. The convenience store inside is also very large, clean and the cashier service is fast. The gas prices are always competitive and often a little lower than everywhere else. ~Ash

I was looking for a place to have some rings sized. I found American Jewelers on the internet. They had several really good reviews. They did a wonderful job! They were fast, too. Mike has absolutely the best customer service. I will definitely be coming back here. ~Grace

THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE! BAD REPRESENTATION FOR THE WALGREENS CHAIN!! So, I pop into the local Walgreens serving the Mesquite, TX area near my job. It's eerily quiet, with little foot traffic. I'm thinking this is great, because I can pickup a few snacks before heading back to from after my lunch hour. WRONG! First, is the staff. I approach a female staff member to ask a question regarding a location of an item, and she literally is like running away to the back, immediately saying, we don't stock that item! Well, as I turn to my right I find there is an entire display of items I asked for. Shaking my head, I pickup my items and head to the counter. Now, this is where it gets interesting. No one is in the store expect these two Walgreens staff. One at the register, the other in what I assume, making some sort of purchase. They were joking, winking at each other, laughing, and most importantly, SLOW! I know they could see my urgency, but the more I waited, the slower they were. The cashier appeared to scan little candies and total them, one at a time. The other worker had some weird card he was using to make several little transactions. Around 10-15 minutes passed!!! I was so angry, but nothing kicked in for them to even care. I won't visit again! ~RACC

Great place to shop. Found what I was looking for and more. Wish I had more time to shop. It's always a line at check out. Not saying service is slow. The clerks are fast. The line is because they have such great items and at bargain prices. Customers have carts full not just one or two items. I love this location. Check it out. The store is clean and organized easy to shop. ~Linda

A out a month ago I broke my phone, * see my review for mesquite at town east..... so I went to the store by the Pepsi plant where I work......... Lynette was super helpful, I spent over 500 bucks with her and her co worker who finished it all.... they should be at town east, and not a guy that doesn't care about people.... I live way in Garland , and I'll go to Hampton ~David
