Had me come inside with a kidney stone for no reason. They said my perception isn't ready but it was. They just wanted to have me stand in line for no reason. When I asked them why they did that, they had no coherent reply. After that, sheer incompetence regarding how to ring me up and use insurance info. Took 30 minutes to do the whole thing. Lots of asking other people about what he can and can't do. All the while I'm here in pain waiting for my medication. ~Private

Did you know that if you don’t have the receipt you only get part of the amount back?! Well I just found that out when trying to return an item. And the only reason I didn’t have the receipt is because it was so late they couldn’t print it for me when I bought it. We’ll it’s safe to say I’m never shopping at a CVS again!! ~Abigail
