The pain relief tablets were 4.19 here, but 1.25 at Kroger and Walmart. And the bottle contained fewer pills. Being urgent I paid. But I felt punked by these guys and don't plan to return.

You lost a sale and a customer. I understand the efficiency with the self check out, however you need to have some one available when there is an issue. after waiting about 5 minutes and unable to locate an associate I left the items on the counter.

They had nail polishes but not enough color selection... I was looking for teal and found this pretty close colour but not exactly what I needed.

Had me come inside with a kidney stone for no reason. They said my perception isn't ready but it was. They just wanted to have me stand in line for no reason. When I asked them why they did that, they had no coherent reply. After that, sheer incompetence regarding how to ring me up and use insurance info. Took 30 minutes to do the whole thing. Lots of asking other people about what he can and can't do. All the while I'm here in pain waiting for my medication.

A middle age Indian guy, who appears to be the manager, was VERY RUDE! I went to this location all the time to make cash payments and had never had issues with the help of their employees. Today this guy did not even make an attempt to help and asked me to go to other stores and was very impolite. I was blown with surprise. I walked out of there right away! This is absurd and worst service I've ever had at a CVS. CVS could have hired someone better as a store manager. Waste of time driving there.

Was on hold for over 20 minutes in an attempt to cancel a prescription that should not have been filled at this location. Ended up having to call the corporate customer service line to actually get anything done.

Yall these bathrooms are HORRIBLE I waited in line and there was a pharmacist in their before me. Theres no soap its hard to imagine someone touching medicine after this.

CVS. Pay attention to your low reviews. This has got to be the worst store in customer service. The staff must have forgotten who pays their salary. We went in to do a COVID PCR test yesterday, and did not receive the test result that we need as we were leaving on a cruise the tomorrow. Instead of explaining or showing understanding, the lady at the drive thru started ARGUING to a point where I told her I was not going to engage in an argument and to get me a contact number. (Time: 12:00, Friday, July 1. Perhaps CVS would be concerned enough to lookup who was on duty at this time/date). I have been doing business with CVS for a very long time. This incident has left a bad impression... Deciding if I need to find a new pharmacy! Regardless, I do not recommend this particular CVS location.

Terrible service. Started at one store...didn't have my meds so sent me to another with three on file. They didn't have it and I was sent to a third. They had it...but had to call store one to "remove a hold." I told them that I've never spoken to a human at cvs before on the phone - they simply don't pickup. Cvs has now been on hold from the other cvs for 20 minutes. Why they can't sell me the meds and deal with their processes on their own time is beyond me. I've been enduring terrible service from cvs for years now and i think this is the back breaking straw. Walgreens - here I come!

This location gets worse every year. Always understaffed and unfriendly. You can’t even call them because they keep you on hold for 20-30 minutes and then hang up on you. They’ve also gotten my prescription wrong in several occasions. Avoid this location!!
