I really unsatisfied, they are unprofessional, they lost my medicine which the dr sent it to them for 3 times and every time they told me your dr didn't sent it to us! my dr had to send it several times. so I changed my pharmacy

It’s a long story. Spent 6 hrs to get meds on 9/22 that were not refilled as requested, after 2 phone hangups, after meds could not be found in pharmacy to fill (after waiting in drive thru for 1 hr), sent to another store without transfer being completed. Several other issues that day. 15 year customer. No more!!

Had a flu shot today with worst experience possible. Very incompetent pharmacy staff who was searching for Bandaid after giving shot, and bandaid applied outside the injected area. No proper name/ID verification done! I’ll never go back again.

I was on the phone waiting for the pharmacist for 58 minutes. As he picked up the phone and asked how he could help me, I let him know I had been waiting for 58 minutes. He told me, "We only have one pharmacist." He provided no apology. He did take care of my need. . . Times have changed. . .

Did you know that if you don’t have the receipt you only get part of the amount back?! Well I just found that out when trying to return an item. And the only reason I didn’t have the receipt is because it was so late they couldn’t print it for me when I bought it. We’ll it’s safe to say I’m never shopping at a CVS again!!

This branch is crazy busy and rude. I called to check to see if my refill is ready, they hang up my calls twice, the third time they don't even answer. This is the worst CVS I even experienced.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am completely disgusted with them. They added on an order of needles I DID NOT NEED and when I looked over my bill after I paid 50 bucks for the needles, I tried to return them ONE HOUR LATER. They told me they don’t take them back. So I was screwed out of 50 bucks. I am beyond livid right now. They are individually sealed, and the box was unopened so I really don’t know what they think I could have done with them. Lesson learned: ask what they are giving you before you pay. 😡

Print quality on photos is absolute garbage here, staff literally asked me if I could just fold the canvas wrap myself. Service was terrible and they emailed me saying my order was ready, and when I showed up it wasn't. Just an absolutely awful CVS. I'd skip this one.

One of the worst Customer services on the pharmacy side that I really experienced with them. 3 times you asking for my name and 2 times the payment on the machine. Not just only that a medication without measuring cup, and you asked if I need a bag for 4 medications. So 2.4 stars at this store tell the viewers is a bad store reputation and a bad pharmacist that she will not willing to change the flavor for my sun medications.
