Best pharmacy in Orem, Utah (UT) 2024

Unfortunately, like a lot of businesses, this place seems to have gone downhill since the pandemic. They appear to be perennially understaffed, and what staff they do have are slow and have a deer-in-the-headlights look. All of this contributes to long wait times and lines that block shopping aisles for Target customers. This is assuming, of course, that they even fill your prescription in the first place. My medication had to be refilled last Friday, but someone there had put in the wrong refill date, and I was not able to pick up my prescription all weekend long. Luckily, this medicine is not essential, or else it could have been really dangerous. ~Conor

The least friendly people you can find in a Costco are the pharmacy workers. They are short with you, rude and don't listen. Not sure what makes them want to be so condescending when they have chosen a career path that is meant to provide help to those in need. ~Ammon
