Some things never change. Very much proud ignorant and rude. Don’t know how to communicate. I ended up calling my insurance doing the pharmacy’s job and resolving the issue.

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. The staff is mainly incompetent. They hire people with very little real-world understanding. They make excuses for never having life-saving medicine in-stock. After using them about 4 times, we gave up.

The least friendly people you can find in a Costco are the pharmacy workers. They are short with you, rude and don't listen. Not sure what makes them want to be so condescending when they have chosen a career path that is meant to provide help to those in need.

They never are on time, even when I call ahead of time and ask when it will be filled. They also don’t have several medications in stock. Plan on spending at least 45 mins – 1 hr 30 mins to pick up a prescription.

Costco pharmacy is the best. Not only do they have the lowest prices by far on prescriptions the staff is always super helpful. Any time I’ve needed to call someone answers the phone right away and is able to help me. Thank you Orem Costco Pharmacy for all you do!

I've always had excellent service here. Everyone there has always been friendly, congenial and helpful. Any issues that may have come up were things that were not in their control (aka: deliveries or shortages etc) and were resolved as soon as possible.

I initially switched from CVS to Costco because their prices are substantially better than those that CVS was trying to charge me (like $300 versus $35). However, the staff are not my favorite. I have had some pleasant experiences and some not so pleasant. The not so pleasant experiences can be summed up as follows:The way the staff answered my questions and the presuppositions in their responses were pretty condescending; as if they expected to me to just know the answer already. I am pretty new to prescribed medicine and especially new to Costco Pharmacy, so I had some general questions that I thought were valid, but seemed to really put this person out. I was a little taken aback to be honest. So 3/5 for customer service, maybe a 4/5 for pricing.

I haven’t always had good experiences coming here but today I was helped by Marie and she was the best!! I’m pregnant and need to take a nausea medication in order to get through the day. Unfortunately my insurance wouldn’t cover a refill and it would have cost me $40. She recommended I look up a coupon on GoodRx to save money. She walked me through how to find the coupon step by step and I ended up getting the medication for $12.30! She was so sweet and I’m grateful she took the time to help me out.
