Best credit union in Sandy, Utah (UT) 2024

This location always gives me terrible service. Came in today to do a withdrawal and the curly long haired lady doesn't listen to the bills I wanted. Why ask what bills do I prefer? if your not going to listen. Guess she doesn't count that many twenty bills. Then she only counts the bills to herself when I always go to other locations the teller counts out loud to you to make sure everything is there. Plus not once did she ask me if I wanted an envelope I had to ask for one. Then she asks her co worker do we have envelopes. Seriously why would you not have one? Also had to tell her she didn't give me the bills I wanted and ask if she can give me more twenty bills. Once she did she wanted me to sign as if I was doing another withdrawal. What is she trying to do another withdrawal without my acknowledgement? Thats stealing and makes me distrust this location. Good thing I caught her and when I asked why I had to sign again she didn't say anything and just gave me the twenty bills. Very shady at this location. ~Peter

Called and wanted to see if I could have an overdraft fee taken a look at since i had 4, 25$ overdraft fees on my positive account balance, the lady told me just a few moments and then I proceeded to stay on hold for 52 minutes. After absolutely no sign of life I hung up and figured I would just call back as I wasn’t even sure if the call was still connected, I called back and immediately was helped by a different woman, I told her the exact dates for my over draft fees, she told me that there was nothing she could do as she couldn’t see the pending amount for charges that happened 1 month ago. Basically just has 100$ stolen from my account with little to no help or understanding at all. This happened a few months back when I noticed the overdraft fees on a positive balance, with no pending charges the lady told me she was so sorry that that had happened and immediately took off the wrongly charged overdraft fees. However this time around conveniently this information was no longer available to her for the new charges and she basically just told me I was out of luck & out of 100$. However I should not have had to check my account to find the discrepancy in the first place, as it shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. Absolutely awful service with no understanding at all. The over draft fees not only left me short but now I feel absolutely belittled as the lady told me over and over she couldn’t access that information in my account. Good to know that this could happen at anytime and if I don’t constantly check my account for the drafts I’m just outta luck. Thanks for nothing! Banked here for 4/5 years and I’ve never seen an overdraft fee for a postive available balance, next time I’ll just save us all some time and just be missing out on my own money. ~MIya
