Best van rental agency in Sandy, Utah (UT) 2024

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. The person I'm not sure if it's an owner or manager but he called me about a u haul I rented. There was misunderstanding based on having to pick up from this location rather than the original that I had selected. As I tried to explain the process I had taken just hours before with the Towne Storage South Jordan (very kind people over there) this jerk kept interrupting me, called me stupid & told me he was going to charge me $150 & then hung up on me. I've never been so disrespected by a company in my life. He said he would blacklist me, ok buddy, I'll NEVER come to you again anyways. Do not work with this company. They are toxic. ~anni

Tim provided marvelous customer service! We have been seeking an affordable wheelchair van and located one in Texas which Tim put a 24 hr hold on for us, securing it from five additional buyers who wanted it, then arranged to get it transported to Utah asap. We received it yesterday and found it just lovely. I appreciated the courtesy in getting all the paperwork completed and demonstrating how everything worked before driving it home. The same day we flew into Utah after relocating from Hawaii, we really needed a car for a few days to get ourselves situated. The staff at this Enterprise Branch were so friendly, helpful and gave quick service that we were in and out in no time. We picked it up on Friday and supposed to return it on Sunday but we needed to extend it for one more day. Unfortunately, they’re closed on Sundays but there was a number on our reservation that we called to ask for an extension and they took care of it in a couple minutes with no problem and no questions asked. When we took it back the next day, Monday, the Branch Manager Jeremy Chaves was awesome and quickly handled our return. I highly recommend this Enterprise to everyone who needs quick and excellent service for a rental car! ~Anolani
