I want to say thank you to Korsica, I really appreciate the remarkable customer service. Your attention to the details and your professional demeanor were so refreshing. As so many have experience in the last two years, there have been so many challenges and frustrations in the travel environment. We find our selves learning to live with it. Thankfully that was not my experience with Korsicaa, the entire rental process was resolved and completely taken care of prior to my appointment. I showed up and 5 minutes later I left in the correct vehicle. What started out with problems with no fault of her own, she resolved flawlessly.

The same day we flew into Utah after relocating from Hawaii, we really needed a car for a few days to get ourselves situated. The staff at this Enterprise Branch were so friendly, helpful and gave quick service that we were in and out in no time. We picked it up on Friday and supposed to return it on Sunday but we needed to extend it for one more day. Unfortunately, they’re closed on Sundays but there was a number on our reservation that we called to ask for an extension and they took care of it in a couple minutes with no problem and no questions asked. When we took it back the next day, Monday, the Branch Manager Jeremy Chaves was awesome and quickly handled our return. I highly recommend this Enterprise to everyone who needs quick and excellent service for a rental car!

My wife and I just moved from Hawaii and needed a car for a couple of days. The Staff was so helpful from start to finish. Great customer service and just all around kindness. I hope anyone reading this from Hawaii is paying attention, these guys are excellent. The manager is awesome as well, his name is Jeremy Chaves, he also can speak Spanish. I wish there was a button for 10 Stars that I could press. Every staff member that helped us is amazing. 🤙

Highly recommend this Sandy location to rent your car. Needed a rental for 1.5 weeks and this branch provided an great vehicle with excellent service. The employees and the manager Jeremy made sure we had a great experience. Also the best rates. Overall, recommend!

Was given a rental by my insurance. They made me wait over an hour at the body shop before driving me over. They gave me a compact car when I was told I'd get the same class as was being repaired. I have a full size truck. I was told I'd have to pay the $5/day upgrade but call my insurance to get reimbursed. Insurance said they would but the charge never got refunded. Then I was charged the remainder when I returned the car instead of again billing insurance. I had to again call the insurance to get reimbursed. They tried calling to talk to me about this but hung up when I started explaining it. I'm not going to wait on hold another hour to call them back like I waited when I first called.

Great place to pick up cars. If you are in an accident and have to go to the nearby Caliber the Enterprise picks you up to get your rental. They actually spent the time going through your vehicle rentals. I’ve been renting cars very frequently for years and I can say this is the first time a company actually walked through the car with me and explained what was an okay ding and what wasn’t and showed me where the issues were. I was super impressed with them and I definitely will come back when I need a rental car!

Enterprise is the only car rental service we will ever use and this location is no exception. I absolutely love their service and the ease of getting in and out. Jeremy was absolutely excellent. I wasn't too happy with the first car I was given but he made everything right and got me into an excellent car for the weekend. Very helpful and friendly! Would recommend this location

Experienced very unsatisfactory customer experience from Enterprise this past week. To start off, on Tuesday morning I had a reservation for a full size sedan, the customer representative (CR) informed me that I could rent an SUV they had on lot instead of a sedan because the vehicle had similar fuel economy to the sedans (important because of my long daily commutes) and was essentially the same price per day. To my surprise that same day, I discovered the CR claims were unfounded and the vehicle had abysmal fuel economy; consequently, I called the location to see if they could exchange the vehicle. The CR informed me that I should return Wednesday afternoon and they could exchange the SUV for another vehicle. The following afternoon (Wednesday), I returned to the location and the branch Manager, Chad, told me that I could not exchange the vehicle without a reservation and that they had no vehicles available (they had quite a bit in lot). They should have scheduled a time in the first place or told me that earlier. Accordingly, I scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon (Thursday). The next day, I returned to the location and exchanged the SUV for a full size sedan. During the exchange, the CR on lot informed me that most vehicles that are exchanged are due to the car being purchased or if the car smelled funny (haha). Ironically enough, the car they gave me was just that. It smelled like something crawled inside of it and died. The vehicle was a complete pigsty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. (E.g. crumbs and dirt everywhere, and everything was grossly sticky like if sugary drink was spilled on it) More importantly, the vehicle had an awful high-pitched rattle (and very high mileage for a rental) that was extremely concerning. It’s very important to most people, including myself, that cars don’t break down when you need them the most. As a result, I called the the location to see if they had any options to remediate the issue. They informed me that the car was last serviced with an oil change a couple of months ago and was cleaned before each rental session (clearly not true). The CR then informed me that I could come in tomorrow for another exchange since they had a lot of available cars then. For that reason, I’m going to drop off the car today (Thursday) and return tomorrow (Friday) to pick up another car. I’ll update the review if my experience with this location changes/improves.
