Do not go here to get a loan!!! They sent me to 3 different people. Rachel, January, and their manager Scott. I was applying for an older vehicle. I have a great credit score a down payment of 10% and it seemed like everything was going through. Over the course of a week and a half of exchanging messages they said I was approved for 12,000 dollars to purchase this older vehicle. I was excited and sent over paystubs, the registration, etc. Another 6 days past and I emailed them that I would like to pay the down payment and receive the money for the loan. And at last minute their manager Scott said he would not approve me because they looked at the title wrong and it was a rebuilt title. They had 6 days to message me or contact me about this and they didn't. And when I asked for other options he said stop trying, and hung up the phone. Totally displeased with these guys. And sadly I have been with them for about 5 years, and have gotten loans such as my motorcycle loan through them. They lost a customer, that is for sure. ~Brenton

A few things I love about this gas station: Ethanol-free gas Huge parking lot It does have a bonfire grill, which is pretty great if you're wanting some quick food, that is nice. The restroom looks great, and I appreciate how it was mostly clean. ~Cory

I can’t express my gratitude enough for Becaons above and beyond customer service. Jake was the rep that was helping my company and I. He is communication, and responsiveness was amazing. Please be forewarned do not order a washer or dryer (or any large appliance) from these guys, especially if you live at the top of a building. I am now having to reschedule over 3 weeks out, for the third time now. Because they've brought the machine to the parking lot but have never had enough people on hand to actually deliver it. I've been told a number of times I have to follow up with dispatch in order to get it delivered, I'm seeing a pattern that they just don't deliver things, they don't ever have enough people on crew even though they've been informed that it's a three-man job a number of times they only ever have a crew of two people on hand. It's just really disappointing to take time out of my week consistently for 3 weeks in a row and still not have an appliance that was ordered almost a month ago. Very disappointed with their customer service and follow through! The photo is of the delivery screen from the guy who came to drop, he was honestly the friendliest person I've dealt with thus far, it clearly states that it's a three-man job yet the only have ever had two people show up for delivery. It is embarrassing that I have to constantly rely on neighbors or take my laundry elsewhere to have it done in the meantime while I'm still waiting for the washing machine that's already been purchased... ~Cortney

When walking into the store I was greeted by all employees who were very friendly. The worker who checked me out was nice and kind. He had a positive attitude and a smile the whole time interacting with me. I'll definitely be going back. ~Laria

Johnstone is a supplier for contractors and professionals. I don't know whether or not they have accounts available for the general public. They sell to the installers and contractors who work with the general public. As such, there are different expectations for a company like Johnstone than say, a fast food joint. Within that realms of expectations, wait times happen commonly across the board. Prices are done differently as well. For those of us in their customer base, I would say that their service is great. ~Steve

Shout out to the delivery team from MLD! After an extensive four-month home renovation project, you can imagine I was super excited to see the delivery truck pull up today, right within the expected delivery window. Delivery was made even more complex due to street construction and a narrowed driveway entrance, but that didn't seem to phase them at all. They were professional, and downright delightful. Such a pleasure to watch them as they worked together as a team, carefully navigating huge appliances through newly constructed and painted doorways without the slightest scratch on either. I'm still waiting for one more delivery, and you can bet that I'll request that Shane and Joshua will be here! ~Lori

I only have one bathroom so I needed a quick remodel. These guys delivered! I could not have done it any faster. Their system is great. Re-Bath is: Quick and efficient. They got right to work and didn't slow down until the day was over; Concern for the rest of my home. They put coverings over all my floors and did an excellent clean-up each day before they left. Also, they didn't damage the bathroom tile. Now I don't have to replace the flooring; Thoughtful solutions to problems as they arose. My bathroom had a few unforeseen challenges.
