Was told I couldn't pick up my lumber because they decided to place a kids workshop in the middle of the aisle. Worker was really rude about it and didn't give me any other options, just the "get lost" type of attitude. This home depot is really the worst for customer service and having the products you need.

At this location they have decided that they only need one register that will accept cash. All of the self check outs are card only but are not marked and have no signage indicating that they are card only. The one register that does accept cash also has no signage and the employees are less than helpful. If you happen to be paying with cash I would go to the Lowe's down the street. There are less self check outs but, the employees are actually helpful and it won't take 10 minutes just to find the register that you can pay cash. Other than the non existing customer service and the shady people in the parking lot this place is nice. As with any store in this area it may be best to at least have a knife on you but pistols are preferred.

Please be forewarned do not order a washer or dryer (or any large appliance) from these guys, especially if you live at the top of a building. I am now having to reschedule over 3 weeks out, for the third time now. Because they've brought the machine to the parking lot but have never had enough people on hand to actually deliver it. I've been told a number of times I have to follow up with dispatch in order to get it delivered, I'm seeing a pattern that they just don't deliver things, they don't ever have enough people on crew even though they've been informed that it's a three-man job a number of times they only ever have a crew of two people on hand. It's just really disappointing to take time out of my week consistently for 3 weeks in a row and still not have an appliance that was ordered almost a month ago. Very disappointed with their customer service and follow through! The photo is of the delivery screen from the guy who came to drop, he was honestly the friendliest person I've dealt with thus far, it clearly states that it's a three-man job yet the only have ever had two people show up for delivery. It is embarrassing that I have to constantly rely on neighbors or take my laundry elsewhere to have it done in the meantime while I'm still waiting for the washing machine that's already been purchased...

Casey in paint was so helpful to us tonite. He had very specific information that was helpful for our project, comparing products to stain our deck and the best way to apply it. We also saw him interact with other customers (non-English speaking) in a really helpful, respectful way. Great guy.

Even on an extremely busy Saturday I got quick and attentive service at this location. I ordered my items online and within an hour I got notification that the order was ready for pickup. They helped me load everything into the vehicle and I was on my way back home within 10 minutes. Super pleased!

My father bought me a table saw, battery pack and charger for my birthday. The employee who pulled this stuff from the locked cabinet grabbed the wrong charger. I went to exchange the charger today but because I don't have the receipt, they won't take the return. I understand not giving cash back but I only want to switch the unopened, unused charger for the correct one. That they still won't do because of the theft. I guess they believe thieves are stealing the wrong items and returning those for other in store merchandise. The policy is ridiculous and I'll avoid Home Depot whenever possible in the future. I suggest you do the same.

There is no single place where I have had more negative customer service experiences than this Home Depot location. The isles are too narrow. The shelves are in perpetual disarray. The store is never not crowded, & the floor staff are (for the most part) barely qualified to man a register at a convenience store, let alone answer technical questions about what they're selling. I only go here when I have no other choice.

I Loved their customer service in the paint department, my husband and I as new homeowners, wanted to personalized our kitchen giving it our own little touch so we started a little project knowing nothing about paint, we headed to home Depot ,straight to the paint department, we saw the paint color we wanted, when asking an employee for help he asked if we had paint experience? My husband and I looked at each other and responded no, so he continued asking what are you painting? we both said our kitchen, he then explained that first of all we needed more than just paint to complete our project, he then said first of all you need the color you like second I need to know if you want it glossy semi glossy and or matte then you will need to sand off the area you inten to paint and with a clean cloth you need to wipe off the surface for any dust, he said when that is complete you then add an even coat of primer before painting the area with the color you have chosen, my husband and I entered the store with just an idea in our minds on what we both wanted but not knowing actually how to start and what we needed to get our little project together, the lesson step by step helped us so much, the only thing I regret is not paying attention to the name of the kind employee that went that extra mile to help us with our project because after following his advice our project looks beautiful ❤️

I used to like this location. Now it seems like there are more security guards then customers. The parking lot seems shady and like if you don't lock your doors, your valuables won't be there when you return. The store it self isn't bad at all. Larger selection then near by stores.
