Best animal hospital in Falls Church, Virginia (VA) 2024

Just horrendous service. From the incompetent front desk staff to the constant pushes to sell you unnecessary services for your dogs... don't bother complaining, as Kate, the 'manager' is a child, like the rest of the incompetent employees there. (There's one guy there, Victor? Sorry if I'm wrong about the name, but he's great. The rest? Wow; rude, ineffective and unable to communicate. The finest the 'Z' generation has to offer). They'll be living with their parents until they're in their 30's.Don't be lazy like I was...leave this place and go to one of the many qualified vets in the area. Such a great vet! My dog is quite difficult but they were very accommodating to his special needs and made him as comfortable as possible. It feels like a place where they really care about your animal and aren’t just taking your money. Excited to go back soon and so thankful to have found them! ~Shoshana
