Just horrendous service. From the incompetent front desk staff to the constant pushes to sell you unnecessary services for your dogs... don't bother complaining, as Kate, the 'manager' is a child, like the rest of the incompetent employees there. (There's one guy there, Victor? Sorry if I'm wrong about the name, but he's great. The rest? Wow; rude, ineffective and unable to communicate. The finest the 'Z' generation has to offer). They'll be living with their parents until they're in their 30's.Don't be lazy like I was...leave this place and go to one of the many qualified vets in the area. Such a great vet! My dog is quite difficult but they were very accommodating to his special needs and made him as comfortable as possible.
