Best department store in Springfield, Virginia (VA) 2024

This store is located in the mall with it's own exterior entrance which is nice but having to find parking space can be challenging. The other one in Dulles area near the Dulles Town Center is in a shopping center which is better, in terms of parking. This store is seems smaller than Dulles one. The young ladies at the registers were so nice and helpful. I really appreciate the customer service since it seems to be packing at so many places. I came in to return a pair of shoes I got online. They were able to quickly looked up by the order number, and credit the amount back to my credit card. Such a fast, simple and pleasant process. Thanks!! ~Tilly

A really positive shopping experience. I asked two salespeople for help and both went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. Very reasonable prices for a variety of items. The cashier was very nice and friendly when I paid for my purchase, two pairs of Liz Claiborne pants for a little under $30, a real bargain. ~Hilda
