I had an appointment and I was 10 mins late I was called to confirm the appointment and I inform the jcp employee that I was gonna be running late she said ok that’s fine but then I arrived to the appointment and was refused serve not only because I was late but because the other photo booth was closed and by it being one room available the appointment before me had rolled over in to my time and I was refused service

Milagro spent more time venting to me about her lack of bathroom breaks and unruly customers than trying to assist with my transaction - a bizarre and unprofessional interaction. Anyway, she couldn’t find my item to make a return or exchange. So basically lost money on a purchase I didn’t want.

Best selection of men’s clothes in Northern VA. Prices are much better than Macy’s. Ideal for office clothes with enough modern brands to be reasonably fashionable.

I took a stroll down memory lane today and it had been forever in a day since zi had visited this store. It used to be my go-to store for all kinds of things. In fact, this store was where I I gained my very first department store credit card. Although now I don't use department store credit cards, I certainly made use of it back then. I remember me and my wife at the time purchased some furniture at this store, and I was able to use my revolving line of credit. Oh yes it was a whole exciting adventure! Years later I was a regular customer if the hair salon, because the Stylist there knew how to cut my hair the right way. I think the last product that I put can ased there were 2 pieces of the roller style luggage, and believe it or not I still use them to this day- 10 years later! One of the bags needed some slight repair because the bottom had torn, but it wasn't any defect if the product. Today I came to the Mall to see my other Stylist (different salon) who wasn't there, so I took a little walk I side of the store to see what they have been up to. I could see that they finally updated their cash registers from the old KMart style ones, and there were quite a few customers inside doing their shopping. I didn't actually buy anything today, but perhaps I will come back sometime soon and pick-up a new pair of socks!

A really positive shopping experience. I asked two salespeople for help and both went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. Very reasonable prices for a variety of items. The cashier was very nice and friendly when I paid for my purchase, two pairs of Liz Claiborne pants for a little under $30, a real bargain.

Huge selection of items and departments. However, shopping here is not combining. It’s probably better to shop online or research ahead of time so you don’t waste your time looking for things they might not have in stock. Went during a weekday evening and the store was understaffed. Pricing wasn’t updated on the signs so it was confusing at times though it’s always a welcome surprise when the price is lower than what’s indicated on the tag. Plenty of free parking (on weekdays on a cold winter day).
