This store has a lot more items than other home depot stores and explains why it’s very busy. We experienced exceptionally customer service from Mr.Burkhard in the appliances section. He was very helpful and patient with us. Jimmy was also a great help in helping us return some big items. However, in the lumber/wood section we experienced rude service by the employee handling the forklift. We had ask to bring more lumber down because we needed 80 pieces for our deck and there were only broken ones and about 40 left. He had said “not all wood is perfect and you can’t pick and choose” he said we needed to choose from that pile then to ask him later. We asked him to come back and had a condescending and narcissistic attitude. Overall most employees are very helpful but not in the lumbar section. 6/22/22

Close to home and always an easy trip to get much needed repair parts to keep home running well. Sometimes a bit disorganized but mostly everything you need in stock. I always check online first and the stock listing is typically accurate so you don't waste a trip to find what you need is out. Shipping is flawless of you need to order online. Great customer service!

On Christmas Eve, I visited in search of a last minute Christmas tree. I was pleased to find them open until 5 pm and they had a large selection still from 3 feet to over 6 feet. I got what I needed and the selection was still quality. 5/29/22 This location still delivers on fast entry and exit despite awkward choke point for a parking lot and entrance. I entered and exited with 15 mins while looking for reflector, adhesive, numbers. Also, the tenants don't seem to avoid you in terms of when you look for help. They generally seem available and interested in supporting your mission.

Do NOT have Home Depot install your windows. There’s a reason why they are the cheapest - they install defective windows and then don’t return your calls or emails. It’s been two week and I’ve made 8 calls to 3 different “managers” and no one will call me back. I’m going through corporate now but do NOT get your windows from here.

Randy the assistant manager was totally rude and leave me talking and explaining by myself. There is so many nice employees there that deserve to have his position. I don't understand how he can be there.

On my most recent visit, I needed assistance finding something, so walked up to two employees who were chatting about what they'd be doing after work. I stood about 3 feet from them to let them finish their conversation. Both of them looked directly at me, turned, and walked away as I opened my mouth to ask for help. Another employee walked by, so I asked my question. She didn't know the answer, but immediately went to find someone to help. The person who eventually did come to help was rude -- cutting off my sentences, closing his eyes and sighing when I asked follow-ups -- and basically treated me as if I were a bother.

We bought a washer and drier from Home Depot, it was delivered and installed a week later, very first load of laundry and it’s leaking water all over our floor. So we keep calling customer service and we’ll sit on hold for 45 minutes just to get hung up on. I’m literally just trying to wash my clothes with the washing machine that I paid for and I can’t because right out of the box it’s broken and nobody will pick up the phone and talk to me. DO NOT buy any appliances from the Home Depot.

I’m from California visiting my daughter in Virginia. She had recently moved from Springfield to Fairfax. I have to say the Home Depot’s in California are much more polite than this store. I owned a Hotel until a year ago & over the years have bought a GREAT DEAL of merchandise from Home Depots . Redlands, Montclair, San Bernardino, GardenGrove & both in Huntington Beach most with Very pleasant staff. So when I went with my daughter to return some things that were not what she needed I was a bit taken back by the fact she couldn’t get store credit because she didn’t have a printed receipt. I had assured her it would not be a problem because I had never been given a hard time. I buy most of my things on line ( as do most people) but she couldn’t remember which card she & her husband had used, the cashier ( Jenny) gave her the once over & said “ can’t help you.” No discussion…. I was watching from a distance so I’m sure she didn’t know we were together…. Have to say it was noticeably rude. Shame on you for your attitude. The two stars are for George in hardware who tried very hard to help us look for closet door handles . He was polite, the others couldn’t be bothered…. I guess go backs are more important than customer service. This took place 4/5/22. At 8:47 store 4617 for managements info
