Kare Holt I highly recommend Karen Holt as a designer and salesperson. She has an excellent eye for design. She is very knowledgeable, creative, accessible, and took the extra time that I needed for my final bathroom design. The tile was of excellent quality as well. I will continue to go to Karen and the Tile Shop for all future tile needs.

The good part of my experience with The Tile Shop was salesman Albert Ankisiba. I had two bathrooms to renovate to make them handicap accessible for my wheelchair bound wife. Albert provided guidance in making the perfect tile selections for a safe environment. The bad part of my experience was with the hard line 90 day from purchase policy on returning tile. If a renovation goes as planned, then 90 days is fine. Unfortunately, the contractor that was recommended to me ended up being a loser. The contractor dragged his feet for more than three months then left me with shoddy craftsmanship and a bathroom disaster. Then I had to find a new contractor that could fix the pathetic work and take care of the tile work. The day after the work was complete, I took back the unopened full boxes of tile that were not used in the renovations. The Tile Shop employee advised me that since I was way beyond the 90 day return period they would not accept the unused tile, despite explaining my circumstances. I asked to speak to the Store Manager but was told he was on a phone call. I'm sorry Tile Shop but sometimes you have to do the right thing with respect to customer service after hearing what the customer had to endure during the project.

I highly recommend Milen Asmorom at The Tile Shop for remodeling projects. I worked with her on a bathroom remodeling project and she had very creative design ideas and was knowledgable of the range of products available. She was helpful estimating costs which made budgeting easy. Also, she was very responsive to needed changes in my order during the project. Milen was easy to work with which helped my project come in on time during the holiday season.

Jafar and Andrew were wonderful to work with on my project. They made estimating the amount and my purchase easy. Jafar personally checked in on me after my purchase which was really awesome! He helped me source and ship more tile when I discovered I needed more - the tile was backordered and I was on a tight timeline so they found it at another store and got it shipped to me. I appreciate their prompt attention and expertise. The selection at the store itself is fantastic - highly recommend!

The Tile Shop Springfield is the absolute worst. I have nothing but trouble with the Tile Shop. After a long delay, I spoke with the Tile Shop yesterday about delivery today. I was explicit about asking for the tile to be delivered to my garage in back. The Tile Shop assured me that the delivery guys would call prior to delivery and then put all tile in my garage. I was surprised by a text from the Tile Shop that “your tile is delivered.” I went out to my front porch and it was sitting outside my door. 250+ lbs of tile blocking my door and porch. I cannot open my storm door. THREE (3) CALLS LATER to the manager and still no response. I have to chase them down and they don’t care. Vague promises and the tile is still on my front porch. One of the boxes looks damaged. Unbelievably inept, exceptionally poor customer service. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THE TILE SHOP IN SPRINGFIELD.

While the quality of the tiles here are very good, though at a premium, we had major issues at this store with the delivery window. Our order, which was originally expected to arrive in 10 days, was delayed not once, but twice, and finally took 3.5 weeks before our contractor could pick it up. Our contractor had to pause construction for 2 weeks due to this issue. Had we known this, we would have 100% purchased our tiles from another distributor. Do not trust the delivery promises that this store makes to you. Order at least one month before you need your tiles. The store is also understaffed and it took me 20 minutes to get a staffer to both put in an order for a sample and later to pick up that sample. I should have learned from that experience that timelessness does not appear to be valued by this company. Giving two stars only because we do like the tiles and their showroom is nice.

I had an extremely easy experience working with Andrew at The Tile Shop. He was so thoughtful in his advice as I remodeled my main bathroom. I am particular, and Andrew's vast product knowledge made it easy for him to match the tiles and grouts to the design I was seeking. Everything came in on time and the pick up around back was seemless and well-organized. A very stress-free experience overall.
