Brad and his team of mechanics saved the day when my truck started to violently shake on the highway near Springfield. I exited the highway and was turned away by the first service station that I tried because it was too close to closing. The front left wheel was super hot, smoking and leaking fluid. I called the Saratoga Sunoco and they told me to come on by. They had my truck on a lift in just a few minutes and diagnosed the problem. They had to replace a brake hose, pad, caliper and rotor on the front left wheel. In less that two hours we were back on the road running smoothly again. They saved the day for myself and my daughter. We could have been stranded. Thanks Brad! And the team at Saratoga Sunoco!

Idk about this place. Everyone says they trust Brad but every time I come here it’s an average of $800-$1000 for something. Even if I just bring it in for an oil change. I’d say go somewhere else

I really appreciated Brad’s help having a tech assist with plugging my tire and replacing the front two tires at a fair price. He is also very helpful with advice on keeping up with the maintenance with your vehicle as well. Will be a long term customer for sure. It’s nice to find a spot right down the street from where I live as well.

I have not had any experience with oil changes or any type of mechanical problems with my vehicle as I have my own mechanic and I go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. I can only assume they are excellent at that as well.

This Sunoco does an amazing job with customer service. I had to get some work done on my 2008 Ford Focus so it could pass inspection. I was kept informed of everything going on and was given a very fair price. I highly recommend using this shop for car repairs, inspections, etc.

Brad is amazing! He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service, responding outside of standard biz hours, to give some expert guidance. Then fixed my car in lightening speed since I was in from out of town and needed to get home. Truly, I can’t recommend Brad and the service at this Sunoco any higher. Phenomenal customer service, hassle free drop off and pick up, and excellent work at a great price and they don’t try to get you to do anything more than what needs doing! Use these guys, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Brad!

A friend referred me to this service station after I had a not so nice experience at another station. I’m so happy I listened to my friend! First Brad the station manager fit me in right away. Second he explained that they have a way to fix what the first station said was wrong. So the first station basically just didn’t want to help me out and wanted to charge me money for parts and labor I didn’t really need! Third because Brad and his team went above and beyond they saved me $500.00! Yes that’s correct $500.00. So my advice to you is if you need any work on your car go see Brad and his team at Saratoga Sunoco in Springfield, VA. This is my service station going forward! Thank you so much Brad you Sir are a stand up guy!
