I love that the desk is inside the airport. You get your luggage and cruise down to desk, so easy. The car wasn't ready, but it was only 5 minutes until we picked up our full size car. I made photos/videos before leaving (everyone should do this). Drove right out of the parking lot with no issues. The car was great, fast and easy. :-) We had a nice week with it. We brought it back with a quick check in and receipt. Then, walked right into the airport and checked in for our flight. It's been a month and I've not received any additional charges or issues.
