I love that the desk is inside the airport. You get your luggage and cruise down to desk, so easy. The car wasn't ready, but it was only 5 minutes until we picked up our full size car. I made photos/videos before leaving (everyone should do this). Drove right out of the parking lot with no issues. The car was great, fast and easy. :-) We had a nice week with it. We brought it back with a quick check in and receipt. Then, walked right into the airport and checked in for our flight. It's been a month and I've not received any additional charges or issues. Good experience for us!

Pickup managed by Drew at Spokane airport location was efficient. Three days into rental realized the key fob battery was failing. Door unlock feature and startup would lag and failed intermittently. With early flight arrangements inquired about replacement vehicle (hotel 1 1/2 miles away). Nothing available outside of towing and possible supply of vehicle in 4-5 hrs. So, drove vehicle back to airport for exchange at 9PM. Next vehicle provided had failing key fob as well! Appears there is neglect of this issue. Someone could be stranded in the remote areas without cell service to call for help. Originally, chose Enterprise for there offer to 'pick you up'. Not anymore....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Use a different service! After making my reservation 4 weeks in advance, I tried to change the time in the same day to pick up my rental. it took me over a week to get ahold of someone, they would never call me back. Once I got through I was told no. I called the day before to confirm my reservation, they acted annoyed that I called. When I showed up for my reservation, they didn't have it on file! Then proceeded to charge me almost double the cost as a walk-up! After the reservation was turned in, I tried to get in touch with a manager... After a month still no phone call back even though I call every couple days. AVOID THIS COMPANY

It could not have gone much better. There were only two people ahead of us in line when we picked up our car, and it took maybe 15 minutes. The drop off was even easier. The agents were friendly and efficient.

When it comes to renting from Enterprise we have come accustomed to filth and poor customer service… if we set our expectations too high we’re not only disappointed but in a sense our trip could’ve been ruined so we hopped inside the visibly gross rental, passed around the hand sanitizer and our adventures began! I wouldn’t recommend them… I suggest always bringing wipes… and above all lower your standards to avoid utter disappointment!!!

Conveniently located near, as part of, the airport. The lot was also in the same facility so there's not much travel with your luggage. Returning requires attention to the signs. It's very easy - park in the return lane, leave the keys in your car and you're done.

So I tow cars for these guys when they break down or wreck etc. I brought one in last week then I had realized I was pretty much out of fuel. Asked the manager if they had any diesel I could buy she said no but told me where the closest gas station was then I left. Some how this was turned into me demanding they give me diesel. L. M. A. O. I didn't demand anything but she even called a company completely unrelated to their tow to complain for whatever reason. Not sure how she got picked out of anyone to be a manager since there's alot more competent people that work here. Anyhow that was my experience, will never use enterprise again and I'll for sure let all their customers know to!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had a worst experience with a car rental place in general and with enterprise. I am a gold memebership of enterprise and have been renting from them for the last 7 months straight and this experience made me realize I need to find a different car rental company. They used a credit card- swiped it , took out the money( over $700 ) then told me they could not accept that card- which they provided me not policy on why- I called corporate after this and they explained to me that this enterprise was incorrect and they should have accepted my original form of payment- however they made me use another bank and told me the fund on my first card would instantly be back in my account and they never charged it- fast forward 10 days later, and 4 days after dropping th car off and they still have not given me back the first payment of over $700 and no one has helped this situation- they told me I needed to contact my bank- which I did, but since it’s a pending charge my bank has to verbally talk to enterprise about this transaction- and kicker is- enterprise has no info on this transaction- no one can provide the info needed and no one is trying to help this situation, they told me to call back again after the 3rd day of this to see if the credit agency they use has the information- so here I am out over $1500 for two transactions and they are not doing anything quick to help me with this situation. Over 10 days to have almost $800- it’s disgusting the way they have treated me. Find a different company.

If you like to be rudely mistreated, rent from this location. Even the ‘regional’ manager will treat you as if he is doing you a favor by calling you back AFTER you complained to BBB. Save yourself a painful experience in case your flight gets delayed or in case you want to get what you paid for, and rent from Hertz instead.

Have rented several times from Enterprise at the Spokane Airport and the downtown office and every interaction has been pleasant. Sometimes I don't get the answer I want but that doesn't mean that the representatives weren't helpful and courteous. Will always check with Enterprise for availability first!
