Best car rental agency in Spokane, Washington (WA) 2024

I love that the desk is inside the airport. You get your luggage and cruise down to desk, so easy. The car wasn't ready, but it was only 5 minutes until we picked up our full size car. I made photos/videos before leaving (everyone should do this). Drove right out of the parking lot with no issues. The car was great, fast and easy. :-) We had a nice week with it. We brought it back with a quick check in and receipt. Then, walked right into the airport and checked in for our flight. It's been a month and I've not received any additional charges or issues. I rent 2 to 3 cars a month so I feel pretty confident in my assessment that National is the absolute best company. Honestly part of it is just how simple everything is, pick up, drop off, receipts, modifications, everything moves so smoothly. I flew into Spokane and found out that my car rental had been booked incorrectly (not by National obviously). A little nervous about being stranded with no car, I headed over to the National counter where Nicole and Shelby were helpful and friendly. They had me in my favorite car (a Charger) in minutes, everything was handled so quickly and they were pleasant too! At the end of a long travel/work day it’s it’s so nice to deal with pleasant people like these ladies. ~Anna
