Best loan agency in Tacoma, Washington (WA) 2024

Handed my paycheck directly to a teller on Thursday and they lost the money. Called the 800 number and they said even with the deposit receipt they can't help me until the bank reopens on Monday. Nothing they can do about the fact they lost my money until after the weekend and they said it might take a few days to find out what happened. Best part is I go on vacation Monday. Safe to say Umpqua ruined my vacation with their incompetents. Definitely not the world's greatest bank. ~Joel
