While in yakima with my folks we stopped by yakima mall. I walked right in found a couple of pairs i liked the foot locker employees were very helpful and professional they found the size i wanted and i was through shopping! We were unable to visit the store in-person due to physical disabilities. I spoke with Yesenia by phone. She very promptly emailed estimates for the beds we saw online. After thinking it over, and speaking with relatives who have Sleep Number beds (and are very satisfied), we decided to purchase a Sleep Number bed. We applied for a store credit card online. The process was quick and easy. I called the store the next day, and Yesenia took our order by phone. She was very professional and helpful. She answered all my questions. We ordered a bed with adjustable base. We get our bed in three weeks. We can hardly wait!! ~Becky

Worst customer service ever. Was charged incorrectly. Wasn't even trying to get them to refund me. I even stated I dont need it changed but just wanted to let you know. Just wanted to let them know the price in the computer was higher than the price on the shelves. Even if there was good reason for it, I would have been fine but the girl with the red and black hair with double lower lip piercings was rude and dismissive as if me trying to make sure someone else doesn't come along upset about it was an inconvenience to her. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to provide service. 😉 ~Ellie

The staff at the union gap GNC are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Whenever I go in, they always ask me how all the supplements are working out. I went in recently to restock on some stuff, and since I renewed my pro membership and used my discounts, I only paid about 2/3 of what I would have paid without a membership. Great selection of products all around. ~Zach
