Worst customer service ever. Was charged incorrectly. Wasn't even trying to get them to refund me. I even stated I dont need it changed but just wanted to let you know. Just wanted to let them know the price in the computer was higher than the price on the shelves. Even if there was good reason for it, I would have been fine but the girl with the red and black hair with double lower lip piercings was rude and dismissive as if me trying to make sure someone else doesn't come along upset about it was an inconvenience to her. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to provide service. 😉

Kimberly is so knowledgeable, down to earth and helpful. Every time I shop at the Union Gap Sally's she tells me about an exciting new product, but she's never too pushy about anything. I appreciate that she makes me feel informed about my choices in products. Not only that, the store is always very clean and pretty stocked all things considering with how covid has impacted shipping. I highly recommend shopping here.

Went to Sally’s today 9/21 was just going in to get bleach, toner and hair dye. When we couldn’t find the toner we had a young lady come help us, she picked out the toner and told us how to use it. We got home, immediately started doing our hair and when it came time to tone it. We did, but now our hair is grey. Looking at the box we found out it wasn’t toner at all, it was PERMANENT liquid hair dye!!! If you have a customer ask for help for the love of GODS make sure you know what you are selling them.

Called 4 times, nobody says anything I got put on a hold once then hung up on. I know it's not closed so I don't understand why I keep getting hung up on after calling 4 times. Smh Ridiculous!!!

As a barber in training, I was excited to become a part of Sally's Beauty Rewards because I knew I'd be spending a lot of money there as I progress through my training and into my new career. I was very disappointed that after recently spending $200, my purchase was never recorded and I will be missing out on my rewards. Although I have a credit card statement showing I made the purchase, my receipt was misplaced between work and school. Calling the 800-number didn't help, because they said they couldn't help without my receipt. While I admit that I misplaced the receipt - easy to do when working, going to school, and taking care of an ailing friend - I made the purchase and provided the necessary information for my rewards at the time of purchase. I'm really disappointed that I have to pay the price for an employee error - and we all make errors, so I don't blame them. But I was hoping for more from you Sally - something like the customer service I intend to give when I finally have my own shop. I like to buy from local, stone and motor stores that employee people in my community - but if this is example of how our relationship will go, I'm going to have to look on line and at local competitors.

Honestly I have never been here before today and I wished I had gone earlier. This little shop has everything you could ever need for hair, nails, eyelashes, and everything in between. Right when you think oh no they couldn't have this whoops you thought wrong its in the other isle. There is even a bunch of products for men for beard care and hair products why can't a man have luscious locks and facial hair? If you want that go to Sally's.

The first gal that helped me was wonderful! Totally wanted to help me get my hair to the mulled wine color. She wanted to confer with her coworker, after much deliberation I settled on a color close to the color I wanted. During this time the coworker was constantly undermining me and making me feel as though I was dumb. I tried to put my best foot forward and let it go. Once the coworker left I asked the first gal about some additional questions, to which the coworker was then asked, again to confer, and began to almost talk to me as if I were a child or something. I will forever go to the 49th store now
