This is our second mattress purchase from John @the Union Gap store. The first was for my son who decided he was to old for a twin bed. It was his first big purchase. John was patient with with him and very informative. Months later I decided that my husband and I needed a new mattress. Once again John was awesome. I went in with out my husband and John printed out quotes for the mattresses I liked. When I returned with my husband John went over everything again with him. He kept us updated on the status of our mattress and when a problem with the manufacturer arrived, he called us to let us know and how he was going to make it right for us. He is an great asset. Our bed was delivered a week ago and the drivers were also good with the installation and showed us how to work out adjustable base. Thank you Mattress Depot for having a wonderful team of associates.

I highly recommend Mattress Depot! John was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He was able to help my grandma buy the best bed to fit her needs! Her mattress arrived and was all set up for her, she's extremely happy with her new bed from Mattress Depot! We went into mattress depot in Union Gap today. We were just going to window shop, but we had such great service from Josh and John that we ended up leaving with 2 mattresses and 2 bed protectors! My wife and I made a trip to Bellevue at the beginning of the month and the sales guy Vin did a great job explaining everything to us and having us try out the mattresses. We weren’t ready to buy that day. My wife called the Yakima store and asked Josh a couple questions this afternoon. He called back 20 minutes later about some promotional deals. We headed down to the store and tried out a bunch of the mattresses. We left and came back a couple hours later to make our purchase. Great experience overall in both locations!
