My only complaint was the sales guy not wearing his mask properly. Yakima has the HIGHEST number of Covid cases in eastern Washington and it was disappointing to see the lack of respect for customers. Other than that we left happy & can’t wait to get our bed.

We were unable to visit the store in-person due to physical disabilities. I spoke with Yesenia by phone. She very promptly emailed estimates for the beds we saw online. After thinking it over, and speaking with relatives who have Sleep Number beds (and are very satisfied), we decided to purchase a Sleep Number bed. We applied for a store credit card online. The process was quick and easy. I called the store the next day, and Yesenia took our order by phone. She was very professional and helpful. She answered all my questions. We ordered a bed with adjustable base. We get our bed in three weeks. We can hardly wait!!

Our sales rep was fantastic. Three stars ONLY because of her (Ysennia)---she rates 5 stars. I have rated three stars because of having to pay $1500 up front. This would be my 5th Sleep Number bed over the past 35 years and never experienced this from any of the four other stores I have purchased from across the country. I have received ZERO communication (except for the emailed receipt the day of purchase) for the past three weeks. No shipping notice, tracking or anything! A company SHOULD NOT charge a customer until the the item is actually shipped or delivered--like Amazon and others. I will cancel my order in one more week if I don't hear anything from Sleep Number. Pandemic (?) be damned! No excuses! Don't take and hold (invest) my money for a month without product or communications. Just not right!

Went in to see about a sleep number bed after my waterbed sprung a leak.. I'm getting too old to deal with that anymore.Jessica assisted me. She was so nice and patient. She wasn't pushy, let me decide on my own. I ordered my new bed and received 2 days ago. Delivery was on time and quick. I love my new bed. Didn't think I would find a bed I liked as much as my waterbed, but I do. Thank you Jessica for all of your help!. I love my new bed and it has the approval of the cat and dog. Thank you!

The first evening we walked into the store the staff member was with another customer. Jessica welcomed us to the store and graciously stated to go ahead take a look around and she would be with us in a little while. Perfect! We already had in mind which beds we wanted to try. When the other customers were done, she came right over and started answering our questions. We had actually selected the second best bed in the store (of course. Lol) She found out what we were looking for and what we currently had. She told us that the ILe would be coming in the next week. The ILe is in between the one we liked and the next bed up in the line and that it would be in next week. She also told us that Black Friday sales were coming the next weekend as well. We left her our contact information and we knew we would be back the next week to try the ILe and see what great deals would be available. The next day I received a text that the ILe was being delivered and would be on the showroom floor and that it was part of the Black Friday sale!! We made arrangements to meet with her after we got off work and tried the ILe out. This bed did not disappoint us at all and the price, well let's just say we bought it with the split top and leg elevation that evening. And out delivery is scheduled for the following Friday. I'm excited to sleep in a better bed soon!!

Great experience despite COVID restrictions. The store manager came in to assist me as the onsite sales person was already engaged with a couple that apparently needed to spend the night to determine if they wanted a mattress (that guy had a lot of patience). All options were discussed, and prices gone over thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciate all that information - I can't wait to receive my purchase which is coming via UPS.

We had a very good experience at the Union Gap store. Our sales person spent a lot of time with us explaining our various options and the differences in the different beds we tried. Looking forward to our delivery and hopefully our bed will be as comfortable as the one we tried in the store.

I needed a new mattress and decided to stop and check out sleep number store while in Yakima and was lucky the only costumer there when entering. The sales man was awesome had all the answers to my questions and toot the time to let me lay on the beds see the difference and options. Yes it was a lot more money then I wanted to spend but thinking about time spent sleeping It’s worth every penny for all the comfort I’m going to get and can’t wait for delivery.

All the employees at the Yakima Sleep Number store were all friendly, outgoing and helpful to answer questions. Sale Representative Joseph was very knowledgeable and did a great presentation of the bed options. By the time we were ready to purchase, he seemed like an old friend that will be there for us in the future, We look forward to our bed delivery in next few days, and hope we enjoy the unit for years to come

DJ at the Yakima, WA store was excellent!! We drove 2 hours to check out beds...Greeted immediately, listened well, used our names. DJ and the other workers were patient and tolerant of our young kids. We can’t wait to get our bed!!! Thank you DJ and the rest of the staff at the Yakima store.
