I'm honestly amazed this store is still in business. Has no inventory. The few workers left don't know what they're doing. Actually found something to purchase and it took 2 cashiers and 10 minutes to ring it up. No new inventory in months

Alexia was very rude. Not only did she throw my items on the counter but also made me bag my own items. Would not recommend going to her for check out! Very poor service.

Surprising good selection of most products. Quick and friendly check out even though the store was fairly busy. Bonus: good prices on the things I was looking for. FYI, due to occupancy limits, only the mall door and the exterior door near the former auto center are open (both have checkouts near them).

Sears isn't what it used to be. Selection is not very good. They do have some great deals on clothing and other items right now. I hate to see them this way now.

Went to return a gift said can't do without receipt, I explain it's a gift I don't have receipt they refused. Call friend said need receipt luckily she was able to find it. So go back yesterday and they REFUSE again, request store manager she comes out and OUTRIGHT LIES claims 45 day limit yet you go to the website and it says 90 days. Now we know why Sears is going down. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. will be getting ahold of Corporate and they can have a heart to heart with Jolene about lying to customers.
