Best freight forwarding service in Yelm, Washington (WA) 2025

I’ve used this place for years, due to work I’m very nomadic and need a place to collect my mail. Have had issues on and off. A package go missing then turns up a couple of weeks later. But by and large they have been decent. I had them forward some mail I was expecting, no issues, got it pretty quick. Then my current employer asks why my mail was being returned to them! I had tried calling the store numerous, like a dozen times before to check on my mail. Left messages and so forth, no replies or answers. My caution lights were on that they never answered and no one returned my calls then the news from my employer about my mail being returned. This was from September to last week. Does not appear they can be bothered to provide any customer service. No idea what other mail I may have missed but deeply disappointed and annoyed. Like I said, I’ve used these guys for years and it’s sad they have dropped to this level. Tried calling again to see what was going on last week… again, straight to the voice mailbox. I gave them two stars because of their former level of service. ~Jim
