The inside of the restaurant was filthy: trash on tables, front counter dirty, water on floor with mop sitting out. There were two leaks from the ceiling. Food order was incorrect, but it was fresh.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst Wendy’s everrrrrrrr! After getting home with my order I discovered a fried lizard in my french fries. I poured my daughter’s fries on her plate and the LIZARD came out as well. My 3 yr old was about to eat a lizard! I went back to the store and told them what happened. The guy that took my order && gave me my food threw my money at me he was more disgusted that I asked for a refund than he was that the LIZARD was in my food! Do not ever go to this Wendy’s

This has got to be the worst Wendy's I've been to. The last four times I've been here and have not had any baked potatoes. And I could understand if it was around closing time. However, I've gone at lunch. No potatoes around dinner time. No potatoes so it doesn't matter what time you go and never have potatoes and not to mention other stuff I've ordered has been wrong almost every time this Wendy's just needs to shut down or fire. Everybody get all new employees especially managers

Asked for a single cannot, get one only a double or triple. Frys were soft, not crunchy.

Horrible service employees cursing out each other 10 workers working not one knowing what to do and the food was terrible never again will I go back to that wendy's

With not alot of places open for lunch it's hard as a truck driver to get lunch at a drive thru some deni you but this store allowed me to order at the door and brought it to me very kind tha k you to your staff!

Best Wendy's around..by far...use to be an area and general manager at a restaurant franchise...and with the constant disappointment withe the fast food service in our city..just want to say thanks to this crew for always being on point!! actually applied for a manager position for Wendy's recently. The regional who interviewed me was more interested about talking about motorcycles and what I did in my spare time that he didn't recognize the talent he had in front of him. That is when he could put his cell phone down to talk to me. I actually hurd a call he was on wh were at one point he actually said " well I guess is just going to have to run crappie "... then talks to me about no one wanting to work bla bla... Then I didn't receive a call back..smh their loss...most of the Wendy's in New Orleans Metairie and Kenner are a discrace.!!! But not this location...this is the only one I will go to..! Thanks crew!!

Great service and delicious Wendy's. If you like a good fast food burger from Wendy's then you should like this one as well. My experience has been good last few times I've been there. Nice fresh bun, yummy fries, and love those chocolate frostys! I'll be back!

My order was right the 1st time Update: When back another night and ordered the 50 piece nuggets for 10 dollars I think..all sweet n sour sauce with the 2 for 5 dollar single Dave hamburgers only mayo, lettuce and tomato no cheese. They didn't have mayo so I asked if they had mayonnaise packets which they did so I asked for a few. Had to pull to the side (50 nuggets remember n allllll sweet n sour sauce right)? Got home n realized not all my sauce was sweet n sour they tossed a few BBQ in there. Idky they couldn't just tell me n let me choose another sauce if they ran out. Anyway besides that n the tomato rind I got it was a good meal.

Had to wait a long time, finally put my order in after repeating it 4-5 times. I paid and had to pull up to wait on fries. Never got a receipt. Fries came out with no salt had to ask for some and a straw. The person that gave me my meal didn’t have a mask on. And you can see below for the little piece of lettuce they put on my sandwich. Will nit be back.
