KSW is a cut above the rest! They really listened to my dreams and wishes for our special day. Their art made our day so romantic. Our "altar" was roses, grape vines, ivy, snap dragons and jasmine cascading from the Degas House fountain. The tables were lit by candle light within glass sleeves. The fragrance from my bouquet made everyone swoon. I highly recommend their services.

Cancelled for my best friends wedding three weeks before the wedding. She met with the team 4 months before the wedding and after confirming over email and over the phone they could do it multiple times. Every time my friend would touch base with them they guaranteed her they were working on her quote/contract. My friend called them three weeks before the wedding and they told her that they were not able to do it and were VERY RUDE about it. Very unprofessional, unorganized and inconsiderate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST!!!!!! Especially if you are depending on them for a big event or special day.

They were extremely patient and transparent during the pandemic, and they were kind enough to meet with me multiple times throughout the planning process since our plans had to change a couple of times. I was very happy with the quality of the flowers, and they did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life. Thank you to the entire team at KSW!

My wife and I were married in New Orleans on December 11, 2021. KSW and her team handled floral and design for our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception and farewell brunch. All events were perfectly executed and beautiful beyond our imagination. This was a destination wedding and the communication and planning from afar was smooth and consistent with us and the team from beginning to end. While their work speaks for itself, I would recommend KSW to anyone having a wedding or event, any style and any budget.

On 10/15 I hired Kim Star Wise florist to provide flowers for my son's rehearsal dinner at Antoines.I never used her, but the company ratings and the website appeared to look good. Don't be fooled. I was extremely disappointed! You as a possible customer, can be the judge. I am proving the invoice, a photo and the correspondence with Kim after the event. I must say I do not have any complaint on the small bouquets, but a huge disappoint on the garland. In an email dated 9/30 I requested a "garland with dark green foliage with tiny white flowers that make a WOW statement". I was charged, just for the garland, $300 per table, 13 tables, total $3,900. As you can see from the photos, the greenery has no resemblance of a garland. The greens were just minimal and looked tosses flat on the table. The spray roses were not available (understandable), so a few large roses were placed on the greenery snipped off at the base. No ribbon. No creativity and definitely no WOW factor! BTW, I was also charged $1,316. for delivery, set up and removal. Does the attached photo look like a $8,522 job? I reached out to talk with Kim and received the email attached. It sounded to me like she was pleased with her work. In the spirit of transparency, you can be the judge. Sadly, you only get one crack at a wedding or rehearsal. Make sure to really look at the work of the vendor and not just what they post. Kim, Your recent post on 10/28 is not accurate. Yes, I was upset because I only had one opportunity to have a WOW factor for my guests at a rehearsal dinner. I am sorry you interpreted my email as an attack or threat. And using the word coercion is way off base. I reached out to you to have a conversation to seek to understand (see email). YOU responded that you were not available. It could of been resolved then with a simple sorry it could of been better...but YOU chose not to follow up. I think you are annoyed because you are not proud of the garland and you didn't expect me to share it. That's what reviews are all about. I believe transparency is a consumers right, to enable them to make good decisions based on facts and photos. I do not regret posting. BTW, I am not interested in a refund. Never was. If you feel you must, please make a donation to the disaster response and restoration in response to Ida at The Greater New Orleans Foundation. Regards.

I am native to New Orleans but located in a different area at the moment. I had a small emergency and was looking for a specific arrangement for a special little girls birthday. I needed it delivered to Children’s Hospital of New Orleans, and surprisingly not many shops delivers there. To my surprise, after all the no’s I received this morning, this shop did! I explained to the florist that this little girls favorite color is rose gold. I gave my idea of what rose gold could look like with a flower and she worked a miracle!! She DELIVERED!!! The flowers are beautiful. She was so pleasant to work with, excellent customer service and made sure she sent me pictures every step of the way, because all of this was done straight from my cell phone. If I ever need any arrangements again in this area this will be the first place I go for flowers, with no hesitation. Thank y’all so much. I know this little angel will be pleased.

Kim and her talented team were just absolutely AMAZING! I know nothing about flowers and arrangements and I am absolutely glad that I left that in their hands. Our consultation included us talking about themes, likes/dislikes, colors, etc. I was a little embarrassed because I really didn't have any sort of vision in mind, but the team did a wonderful job guiding me through it and the results were just gorgeous. My only requirement for them was: "make it pretty" and BOY were they ever. There were many components to my flowers that I couldn't have imagined that combining them together would make great results, but with their talent and vision it ended up so beautiful and everyone loved them! Their communication was also great, always keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had. They delivered everything on time and everything went off without a hitch! Top notch service and beautiful work! If you find yourself wondering who to choose for any floral event, stop looking because Kim and her team are the best in the business!

Kim and her team were absolutely amazing! We gave them the challenge of Tropical flowers and wanted something no one has ever seen before. She was able to create a hanging cake structure covered in tropical leaves, a bird of paradise chandelier, and a massive display on top of an ice sculpture. She managed to do all of these eye catching designs on top of all of the other flowers and keep it within my fathers very strict budget.It has now been 3 months later and our guests are still talking about our flowers. My husband and I are so happy we went with them and would highly suggest them to any couple!
