this is the worst post office in the world. I have repeatedly had packages placed in the WRONG box to which I’ve had to flag down the delivery person and get them to retrieve it out the wrong box. now i’ve had to leave a note for one of my neighbors to check their mail for my package! it’s ridiculous. they also never answer the phone! so there is no way of talking to someone to resolve such a petty issue! it could all be so simple, if the workers truly wanted to do their jobs. but they’re careless and lazy. fix this issue or else people will start to file lawsuits for constantly not getting their mail. one of those people will be me I can guarantee you that.

I been sitting at home all day waiting on my package. These people left a note in my mailbox claiming that they attempted to deliver and there was no secure place to leave my package. 3 days later I am still having trouble getting my package after I requested redelivery the next day. Update: So I have moved to another apartment complex and this has repeatedly happened. I have made several complaints with USPS and I guess the company could care less. I spoke with the mail lady and was told that they don't deliver to apartment doors. She had my package on her truck and told me to follow her back to her truck to get it. So it is important that I find out why USPS pick up peoples packages and don't deliver. I know they are mail people but why pick up peoples things if you wont deliver it accordingly? So, there is no attempted delivery they just hold your things, stick a note in the mailbox, and take your package back to P.O for you to come get it.

Grass is a mess. 5 outside mail boxes are not in use. With covid going on, ALL boxes should be in use. The customer area needs a total remodel. At the very least a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. Windows are just like the grass, a total mess.

There was a long line because of covid and the holidays, but I was able to get my packages shipped in time for the holidays. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I received excellent service despite three fact that it was very busy.

This is the most HORRIBLE experience I have had with a post office in my entire life. I pay these companies for shipping and handling, it makes it there, then I have to get up on my Saturday morning to stand in line for 20 minutes and then it takes 20 additional minutes for them to find it. I have scheduled redeliveries to my front door and the carrier flat out ignores them. The apartment complex I live in has the big boxes at the bottom for large packages and they won’t do that either. I will be making a formal complaint against this office!!!!!

Deliveries are not being delivered! I get notices that they could not be delivered because box too small. The front desk accepts deliveries for residents. Then I have to go to postal location which is a joke because they spend 20 minutes looking for the package. No one at the desk ever has a smile or a greeting they are miserable people. There is rarely more than 1 person behind the desk even though there are several different people that come out of the back area then simply return to the back. This post office stinks!

Always a long line but of course that’s due to Covid. I have come here several times and always a friendly staff. I’ve never had problems with sending out my packages. However, I would especially take my hat off to Deborah (Debbie). Her customer service and genuine care for her customers is remarkable. I can FEEL she cares about each individual customer. She takes the necessary time needed to care for each customers needs, but also she is steady and moves at a good pace though remains calm. She is an asset to this place and hope she gets rewarded for her exceptional services.

I had a package dropped off to be sent to me from this location on 11/27. I understand it is the holidays, but it has received no scans other than the acceptance scan. There is no updated tracking information and it is 12/2. I call and it just rings and rings and rings at this location. Then if you stay on long enough, it will just go to a disconnected/busy sound like someone unplugs the phone. Obnoxious. After reading all of the other negative reviews, I am not shocked in the least. Do not use this post office for any reason. They just need to be shut down or re-staffed. 👎🏻 (Negative stars) -⭐️
