Fire the 2 chicks working the deli at 1030 am on 9/27 literally didn't even heat up my food. Manager said you need to heat it but just send it. I literally had to call them out and they handed me 2 sloppy"burritos" trash employees.

Man, I am so tired of coming here to purchase a few things and cigarettes, only to find nobody behind the counter to get the cigs for me. They are so dependent on the self-checkout registers that they pay no attention to someone waiting behind one for an employee to help them. They just disappear to who knows where.

This place is terrible and very unprofessional. I was told I was hired over 2 weeks ago. The assistant manager Keith told me he would call me to come in when my background information came back. Although he never did He replied to me once saying he was still waiting. Now I keep trying to get ahold of him and no response. I've 3ven went there and asked the children that were working there but nobody can tell me anything. It's all young kids working there can't get any information about anything. Royal farms will no longer get my business ever again.

I'm only there for the gas and snacks. Idk what happened to the chicken over the years but its extremely salty (all their prepared food is). I can't see how people can eat it especially with it being so expensive but I digress. Customer service ie greetings is minimum to non-existent but whatever. I'm happy there are self checkouts, to me it make the transactions faster and smoother.

Very clean,has every coffee and cold drink u desire,🍲 is good,sells food on the go,cigarettes etc and gas.The employees will clean as they go,has a small area outside u can sit.

Consistent issues with orders not being properly filled. 4/8/2021 - I just received an order from this location that was missing both the Fries and Drink from a meal. They also did not begin making the food for the order until the dasher arrived to puck it up, and it took nearly 90 minutes to get food after placing my order. Not giving a customer everything they ordered is unacceptable, when it happens multiple times it’s inexcusable. It takes multiple days to process a refund for missing food, and you are leaving the customer having to figure out how to complete the meal they are now missing part or most of.
