Located on the second floor, to your right. Typical fedex print and shop center. Technology moves a bit slow which prolongs the time actually needed to get your affairs taken care of. However, the customer service was great. The guy who I assume is the manager was attentive, clear and helpful. Besides the long journey to the location, it served its purpose. ~DS,

SCAM! Do not do business here. If you ship anything to the New Orleans Marriott, this FedEx office will hold your package hostage unless you pay a “handling fee”. They say they have a partnership with the hotel and all packages in and out have to go through them for an extra fee. Though, the staff was friendly. ~Chris

Bought an important medical device from Amazon. Asked the front desk if I could get it shipped to the Sheraton and they said yes. A few days later when I went to pick it up, I was told that I would have to be charged a $10 "handling fee". I don't care what anyone says, that is an absolute robbery. I paid the fee because I would likely die or be injured without what I bought, but it really ruined my day. ~Gabriel

To say a certain employee, let’s call her Ms. J, at Mail & More was extremely helpful is an understatement. I walked into the store this morning with a putter (golf) and asked Ms. J for assistance shipping it to someone out of state. After selecting a perfectly-sized cardboard box, Ms. J securely packaged the putter, weighed the package and told me the price; let’s just say the putter is probably worth less than the quoted price, which was exorbitant (across all major carriers) to say the least! Apparently, oblong packages require “special handling” because of the unique shape of the box - - I’d love to see the box following delivery, but I digress. Anyway, after taking the time to thoroughly consider ALL options, Ms. J took it upon herself to make certain modifications to the shipping box to significantly reduce the cost! Ms. J did not have to do this, especially while helping other customers, but she did and that’s what matters in my opinion! Therefore, Mail & More, through the kindness and professionalism of Ms. J, secured a lifelong customer in me and I strongly hope you’ll consider the store, too (not to mention all the uniquely New Orleans gifts they sell). this is the worst post office in the world. I have repeatedly had packages placed in the WRONG box to which I’ve had to flag down the delivery person and get them to retrieve it out the wrong box. now i’ve had to leave a note for one of my neighbors to check their mail for my package! it’s ridiculous. they also never answer the phone! so there is no way of talking to someone to resolve such a petty issue! it could all be so simple, if the workers truly wanted to do their jobs. but they’re careless and lazy. fix this issue or else people will start to file lawsuits for constantly not getting their mail. one of those people will be me I can guarantee you that. ~raia6
