Located on the second floor, to your right. Typical fedex print and shop center. Technology moves a bit slow which prolongs the time actually needed to get your affairs taken care of. However, the customer service was great. The guy who I assume is the manager was attentive, clear and helpful. Besides the long journey to the location, it served its purpose.

Scam. Stay away. Tried to charge me a handling fee for packages delivered to the hotel(not addressed to fed ex). Speak to the hotel front desk and they can have security go in after hours and they just drop it in your room. Hotel great, fed ex was a joke.

They are not open weekends. The front desk will need to retrieve your package. Worse is when you go to ship they charge a large handling fee on top of the shipping fee. I paid $100 for them to "handle" 4 boxes. If possible I suggest going to the location about 0.4 miles up the road to ship out.

I came in expecting to have issues. SCOTT IS THE BOMB. Best customer service possible. Super sweet down to earth guy. Super helpful and cheerful. I kinda hate FedEx, but not when this guy’s the one I’m dealing with! If you gotta go FedEx, make sure you work with Scott at this here location! He should take it over if he hasn’t already. Then he’d hire people with his attitude, and the world would be right. Actually, Scott, can you be in charge of the world please?

Cleveland and Lisa are kind and helpful. They assisted me with printing my shipping labels and made sure I had everything I needed. They also made me aware that FedEx now offers canvas printing! These two are national treasures and when the apocalypse comes they are welcome in my underground bunker.

It's true: this FedEx location charges a surcharge fee of at least $10 on shipping (even a prepaid item) because it is located inside a hotel. I give this location 4 stars because of the patience and good customer service of their clerk, Seth. Seth greeted me kindly and was very helpful even though I was frustrated with the surcharge and was impatient with him. It is not the fault of store employees that a surcharge is in place! If you're staying in the Hyatt, this location may be the most convenient for you. The service is great. Otherwise, head to another, non-hotel location. I recommend the FedEx on St. Charles Avenue at the corner of Julia Street. It is very close by.

I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who was helping my wife and me. We had just had our car fraudulently towed by the lovely New Orleans' parking brigade. Very long story (honestly not our fault, we paid the parking, had proof, and they still made us pay $201).. Don't park on the street in NOLA if you are an out of towner... I digress... We went to dispute our charges and had to have printed hard copy images, and this FedEx Print Center is right down the street from City Hall. The people working here really put my wife and I in a much better mood despite our car fraudulently impounded. They were very helpful, they were extremely fast, the prices were great, and if I didn't live 473 miles away I would exclusivity use these guys. If anyone who works there reads this.. Thanks again!!

I just went to track my package that I brought to your facility yesterday afternoon. I see that my package is still at your facility because it was after the 6pm pick up time. As a customer I had no idea final pickup was at 6pm. I assumed that when I brought it to the store it would go out that same day. In NY I can the FedEx office I use closes at 9pm and last pickup is at 9pm. It's fine if that is your schedule, just let me know and maybe don't gouge me with a ridiculous $25 outbound handling fee. That handling fee is outrageous by the way. It cost $20 to ship it round trip from New York to New Orleans, but $50 to take that same package from your loading dock upstairs to your office and back to the loading dock. Everyone was nice at the facility. Nothing bad to say about the service it's more of your general policy. Awful.
