This 2 ladies that work at this location were horrible. Their listening and comprehension skills seemed lacking. They were curt and the manager didn't want to come from the back despite a long line. The manager put a 2 day label on my box but it has been sitting at the store for 5 days because they didn't have my information. The manager told me that she would finish the process after she could get to the register and there was no need to wait. She never finished it.

Bought an important medical device from Amazon. Asked the front desk if I could get it shipped to the Sheraton and they said yes. A few days later when I went to pick it up, I was told that I would have to be charged a $10 "handling fee". I don't care what anyone says, that is an absolute robbery. I paid the fee because I would likely die or be injured without what I bought, but it really ruined my day.

If you can’t take packages that have already been paid for, then you are not a fed ex location, you’re just using the hotel’s business center to overcharge your customers. No other location that I know of does this. I understand there’s a pick up charge if I need their help getting it to the business center, from another spot at the hotel, but I tried to deliver it myself and this cheap mock up of a store still refused to take the package that has already been paid for. Mediocre people.

You should not charge such an unfair amount to collect you package. I am baffled why Sheraton hotel would keep this guys in the building and let them charge customers 10$ + to collect the package that was sent to the hotel address in the first place. As a guest who paid more than 1000 USD to the hotel for my stay, I should be able to get a package delivered at no extra cost.

Every time I go to this FedEx it's AMAZING!! :) I'm always up against a deadline which they handle with such grace and care. Tara & Darrolyn are the sweetest and I appreciate them so much. The location is ideal for me because it's walking distance and I love to wear my heels. Keep up the good work!

Was at their office at 7am today and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to open. When the lady opened she didn't apologize but she was nice to me.
