SCAM! Do not do business here. If you ship anything to the New Orleans Marriott, this FedEx office will hold your package hostage unless you pay a “handling fee”. They say they have a partnership with the hotel and all packages in and out have to go through them for an extra fee. Though, the staff was friendly. ~Chris

Bought an important medical device from Amazon. Asked the front desk if I could get it shipped to the Sheraton and they said yes. A few days later when I went to pick it up, I was told that I would have to be charged a $10 "handling fee". I don't care what anyone says, that is an absolute robbery.
