I had business cards printed here in less than 2 hours. Customer service was superb. Thank you. !

Horrible customer service and just flat out rude. I dealt with them a few times while there for a conference and basically everything is outside their scope and they won't help you one bit. If you can avoid them, you should.

SCAM! Do not do business here. If you ship anything to the New Orleans Marriott, this FedEx office will hold your package hostage unless you pay a “handling fee”. They say they have a partnership with the hotel and all packages in and out have to go through them for an extra fee. Though, the staff was friendly.

Staff was professional but Fed Ex policies and ridiculous handling fees remind me why we never use them. Marriott should severe there deal having Fed Ex handle all inbound and outbound packages.

As others stated, the convenience fee is a bit of a drag. Fortunately my parcel was small/light enough that I was the $2 rate rather than the $10 rate... If it were marginally heavier, I'd likely have taken a short hike to another location without the convenience fee. Depends how valuable your time is, I suppose - mine's fairly cheap. If your package is over a pound, it'll be the higher rate, increasing as heavier. Location is truly inside the Marriott, so boldly walk into the lobby and March towards them behind the bar. Place seemed like it was busy - tons of print business it seemed. Might also have to wait a couple minutes to have the pleasure of paying your convenience fee.

As everyone mentioned, having to pay an additional fee above what you've paid to ship is outrageous. Here's where my real problem comes in. I drop off on Friday. Here it is the next Tuesday morning and my shipment is sitting in the back collecting dust. It's a shame that had I not calles, my package would probably hang there for weeks. Shame on everyone in that building. Youre 100% responsible for ensuring whatever is left with you is picked up in a timely manner. Won't ever use this place again.

These people are thieves that use their deal with the Marriott to handle all package reception to commit extortion. The $2 fee per package for items under 1 lb wasn’t so annoying, but wanting $10 for a package that was just over a pound is ridiculous. The lady behind me was told it would be $87 dollars to receive a few packages, just because one was 3 lbs. Marriott should kick these people out of the building.

Ridiculous "convenience fees." Are you or are you not a Fedex office? Because your price gouging suggests that you are some kind of satellite/authorized 3rd party representative. I brought in a prepaid package (cell phone return with RMA) and they said I would be charged $10 to leave it with them. I said "but it's prepaid." Yeah, and they charge on top of that. Because...highway robbery?! So I went a few blocks down to the Fedex on St Charles at the corner of Julia. As a reasonable person might expect, I paid no convenience fee there. I will never set foot in this place again. It's inconvenient to park for and get to in the first place.

Without a doubt the worst experience with Fedex I have ever had. Pickup was delayed. Overnight delivery was delayed. I tried to reprint my materials in the hotel Fedex office (because my package was delayed) and the office was out of poster paper. The office staff were as unhelpful as they could be. When the package finally arrived at my hotel (3 days late) it was locked up in the Fedex office overnight rather than being left with the hotel desk to give me when I returned. Dismal, Dismal service. Beyond useless, gave me hours of extra work and hundreds of dollars of extra cost. Stay away.

Staff (manager) are not very helpful. I was shipping some hot sauce I bought at pepper palace (too many oz for an airplane) and an odd shaped piece of art that was maybe a pound at most. They wanted $165!!!! When I asked how that's possible he gave me some story about packing fees, surcharges, fragile contents, etc. So I asked how much for just the hot sauce. The answer... $65!!!. Outrageous! I obviously declined both services. Upon returning to pepper palace to ask if they could ship the hot sauce (stupid me for not thinking of it before when I bought it), they said they could and it would be $15.20. The moral of the story is that the staff of this FedEx should be wearing ski masks because they are blatantly robbing you.
