They closed incoming customers from entering. Got here at 10:45pm. I Didn't need much but the officer turned everyone around. Put a shopping cart and police at door

Worst experience I have had. I am visiting from out of town to see my husband and saw all the clearance when we went for groceries. So I came back the next day while he was at work and did some shopping for our kids. I found quite a bit of clearance clothing and was excited until I finished checking out and went to leave. I handed the lady my receipt as I know they check them. She began questioning my purchases and I kindly told her there were really good deals and even showed her some things I got for cheaper than marked. Well that was apparently a mistake and I ended up standing at the exit dumping all my things out to go through each item as she made sure it was in my receipt. Some of these items were $1! One dollar and I still had to show each thing. Some items don’t accurately describe what they are on the receipt so she was asking me where they were. I don’t work there. I don’t know how they scan. I just know I scanned everything and even got help with an item I couldn’t scan. The worst customer service I have had. I will not be back.

I was checking out. I bought some gum right by the registers. I scanned the gum and it rang up $1.28. The price on the tag was $1.08. I ask the girl working in the area about the difference. She informed me they are not allowed to override prices. You better be watching your prices while you are checking yourself out. Walmart is trying to pull a fast one over all of us. This is not the first time this has happened.

I frequently order curbside and I am not a complainer, but I placed a curbside order and gave sixteen hours to fulfill it. They finally notified me to come and pick it up and after sitting and waiting another 2 and half hours, I left. Do not falsely notify a customer and still not bring out the order. I know there is a worker shortage but enough is enough. Sundays are the absolute worst.

I came to this one because a tire had failed and it was close. The initial contact person was ready for a nap and recorded my acceptance of two rather than three road hazard warranties, because apparently they won't sell one for the spare, as my wanting none. They adjusted every aspect of the driver's seat, installed new tires without valve caps and failed to mount my wheel cover fully or even with the larger hole at the valve stem. All good inside the store for coolant and cat supplies in unusual flavors and sizes but if I can limp elsewhere Shreveport will not be my choice for tires again.

Was given permission to park our semi long enough to shop. While I was in the store my husband was harassed by one employee. I did contact the corp. Office about it. Would like to thank Amember of management named Vanessa. She was very understanding.

This is one of the larger Walmarts in the area. It's got everything pretty much. From oil changes to banking. You can get it all done at one place. Prices are high right now they are high everywhere. This store was fully stocked though no shortages I could see.

Everything okay but I wish you guys could deliver my medication. I'm blind and have immune system problems. And I have one medication that has to refrigerate.Its be nice if I could get it delivered it would be nice I have to pay someone to take to put them up .

A very abusive staff... I try to avoid these walmarts down here at all costs unfortunately I have to go in them a lot more than I would want to and every time I always have problems with their management and their staff.. these people need to hire me as an undercover to expose what's going on and the way the customers are being treated I really do not see how the corporation could not know it it's so frequent

I shop here for years because is the closest Walmart to my home. It’s fairly clean. The staff is for the most part nice 😊 and helpful. But on occasion I have had a few that didn’t respect me their job or anything else ! If I had reacted in the manner in which they did I wouldn’t have a job !!! These young people are immature & stupid ! They need to work to care for themselves and their families yet they don’t respect the opportunity of having a job !!!! My number 1 complaint is not having enough check out lanes open ! I hate self check ! I am not a cashier and I don’t want to become on ! That’s taking a job from someone that really needs and wants it 😊
