I've been to this one 2 times both times the service was terrible, both myself and the customer in front of me were waiting on mild chicken when it came out instead of filling our order they filled drive thru orders and we both had to take other options (not what we ordered) just to be able to leave and eat. This is not your typical Popeyes!

Best Popeyes since I been in LA ( on a work Trip for 5 weeks ) no gloves nor hair nets and no one spoke including the manager Oh well

This location is battling staffing issues which is understandable, but the food quality doesn't have to go with it. I'll be traveling to a different location from now on.

If I could do 0 stars I would went yesterday afternoon(7/06/22) ordered the ten piece with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits got home 3 wings were so over cooked couldn't get any good meat from them one leg so overcooked it was too dry to eat 2 breast too dry to eat and 1 thigh too dry to eat. That leaves 3 pieces, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits that were edible that I spent $27 dollars for f..k this Popeyes this is terrible still never go there again.

Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes with no response, finally went inside. Girl was on phone and oblivious to me. Chicken was awesome and order was correct, but disappointed in drive through.

Staff was rude and they were out of everything. The managers of these food service places need to do a better job running and managing there business. And they want to pay their workers $10/ hour? FOR WHAT? For them to be lazy and rude? Sad, just sad 😂

Literally out of everything!!! They staff was rude! The chicken bits were cold, hard and all breading. Strips were ordered no spice and my 2 kids couldn't eat them because they gave us spicy tenders. No napkins, sauces asked for or any condiments giving. Horrible.

Pulled up to the drive-thru, and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The lady taking orders, said all she had was regular. I said that it was fine, so I went to the window and got my sandwich. Pull out of the drive-thru and my bread was hard and the chicken was greasy. She had taken an old sandwich and microwaved it.

This place is the best place to come when it comes down to fresh and hot food. The workers are always friendly and always move fast. I recommend this Popeyes to everyone you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the nice work people.

They could use a little order. It seems they all get engaged in the same activity. They need to stay in their lane unless they know specifically what's going on. However, they seem to be attentive and professional. Except I think the white female was doing a lot. She needs a lesson on professionalism. Every Black person doesn't speak the same with the same cadence. Remain with a professional demeanor regardless of the customer. Last thing the fries were cold. They left them sitting in while the sandwich was involved in a conversation that didn't have anything to do with her. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy, but the chicken was not.
