Very cool visit (and tour by Jay) at High Wire Distillery, after having their Hat Trick Gin in restaurants all over Charleston… the cocktails were so delicious 😋

Excellent! Had a great time at the distillery. Enjoyed the short tour. All of there products taste fantastic! Great staff and great environment! I've never had any interest in gin but their gin may have changed that!

Amazing distillery with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. We did a tour and tasting with Jay who ROCKED and gave us a very detailed tour of High Wire's process and products all while making the information approachable and interesting! All the liquor here is amazing obviously the whiskey is going to be outstanding (highlights include the Jimmy Red Corn finished in peach brandy barrels, the White Dog, and the smoked corn whiskey using Benton's smokers)and everyone who worked there was welcoming and ready to answer any questions! Cocktails and food are also 10/10- recommend as a MUST to anyone who's visiting the Charleston area!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The drinks are amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. You can tell Jay really loves his job. He made everything fun and exciting and was very personable. I definitely recommend stopping in here to learn about their local spirits and to gave a good drink.

We were greeted by Sean and were promptly seated and served their 2 most popular flights. Initially, Sean wasn’t sure he had someone available for a tour. However, after a few minutes a young man named Jay came out and we were able to take the tour. Jay expertly took us through the steps of distilling. Jay was very knowledgeable and entertaining. After the tour we had handcrafted cocktails and a hard cheese plate. The peach syrup was amazing. All in all we were able to sample the most popular products, learned about the company and the distilling process and were treated like VIP’s. It was a truly a wonderful experience ❤️

Definitely a cool little craft distillery to check out. They have some good bourbon and other spirits to try. A good stop if you want to check out some local bourbon in Charleston. Will not disappoint.

What a fantastic experience. Not only were the drinks great, but so were the staff. Jay & Chris behind the bar answered every question and were very engaging throughout my entire stay. They definitely made the visit even better!

Took a tour led by one of the owners and truly enjoyed that. Not your typical distillery tour -- very engaging. Bar staff was nice. Great space. Did a whiskey flight and their products are a good twist on the old standards (they have a unique approach to the ingredients they source). My wife really enjoyed her cocktail.

Great place to visit with lots of room to sit and a nice bar. Good selection of liquor to taste and a choice of flights depending on what you like. I will say their bourbon and rye is very good and my wife had to buy a bottle of the Barrell aged (or rested) Gin.

Nice intimate distillery! Our guide, Ryan, was very knowledgeable about the process and gave us a GREAT tour and explanation of the process. We enjoyed a bourbon flight tasting and bought one of each! The make a whiskey from sorghum and one from red corn. Every one of their whiskeys had their own character and flavor! A really fun place to visit!
