They are selling HOT products out of the coolers. Manager is aware and disregarded complaints. Do NOT buy anything from their coolers or frozen coolers!!!

Awesome group of employees.. I stop by this store maybe twice a week and I've never had a bad experience yet even during the time right after the hurricanes and the second hight of the pandemic. They are always nice, kind and willing to help if you can't find something.. It's a small store so it's not always full of everything plus it is the first stop from the country side of nowhere.. I assume it's hard to keep inventory.

Very quick shopping experience perfect. A little of the old In and out. Friendly staff they are very helpful even though they are usually very busy. Have a good selection of everything. Clean store clean restroom. Conveniently located stop closes at 9.

Well its the $ Store!! I love the staff on Hwy 171!(the one across from the trailer and portable building lot) Thats why I shop there....They are always so friendly and hilarious! They make shopping for odds and ends Fun!

This certain employee is rude and make me feel uncomfortable . It's a few of them stare and customers taking about people and making fun of them and ive watched and heard them do it to others customers. The cashier was rude and is everytime I come in there. when she ask if I wanted a recite and I said yes ,she snatched it out and slammed it in my bag and when I went to grab my bags she slammed the bag holder around with my hand there and with a smart sarcastic rude voice said have good night ! This dollar general definitely need to replace those employees with kind respectful employees that has good customer service and dosen't have a problem judging

All dollar general are not created equal. I walk out of the 1in oberlin dirty isle loaded with stock. Hineston was good friendly, Kinder & Reeves normally good. This is a reflection on district management they expect cashier to stock shelves in busy store is impossible

Who scans all of your items with a hand scanner and puts them back in the same exact place (not a bag)? If you guessed, THIS STORE, you're right! If you scan something, you move it out of the area of non-scanned items. This store's clumsy method at check-out will have you triple checking your receipt to ensure you were triple charged for an item.

Most employees are very nice & helpful. Store needs more variety during different seasons of the yr. The major issue with this store is them locking the door early at 9:30-9:45pm instead of 10:00pm!!! This has been happening recently & noticed a new employee so it's not hard to put 2 & 2 together. Seriously needs to stop!! Would give more stars but not while this is happening. If she's that miserable, she needs to get another job & stop giving the store a bad name b/c she wants to close early!

Very slow cashiers and there is usually only one lane open. Personally, I see signs of poor management. I still go here pretty often because it's close to home, but I wish there was another option.
