Had a great experience at Agren Appliances in Norway, ME this weekend. Our refrigerator is slowly dying and Jason helped us navigate through pandemic availability and come up with a great solution. We also added in a washer and dryer for good measure. Big thumbs up, shop local!

They took their time listening to our needs for a new stove. They explained in detail the answers we was concerned about. Told us the three stoves we was looking at was on back order. We asked about a floor model and they said yes we could have that one. Will definitely be buying our next appliances there!!!!

I picked Agren's because it is a Maine company and the stores are smaller. Had a good experience with the salesperson who spent time with me comparing models and matched the prices of the big box stores. Good communication and delivery and installation done as and when it was promised.

Quick, easy, well informed test of various mattresses in stock. Sales person was very knowledgeable about different mattress brands. Looking forward to free delivery and set up. From testing to purchase, the experience was delightful and then staff so courteous and professional.

Delivery guys were great, nice pleasant people. The salesman told me I was getting Matt black but I received black slate. Black slate is a blue/gray/blackish color. If he told me it was slate black I would of never ordered it. We saw this black slate at homedepot and didn't like it. The salesman told us the wrong color, hopefully they'll make things right.
