This place was a God send! My refrigerator was broken and I needed an inexpensive replacement that was decent looking and worked well. So last week I visited A1 in hopes that I could find just that and I did! The people there were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They tried very hard to find the earliest time to deliver so I wouldn’t be without a refrigerator. It turned out they were able to deliver the very next day. It just so happened they would be in the area the next day. The delivery guys were very careful not to harm my house when they delivered and even helped me put my cats floor to ceiling roost back up. I’m sure that was not a requirement! I highly recommend A1 LA Used Appliance! Thank you A1 Team!!

We bought a washer and dryer from this place within 10 days the water pump went out. They said they could come out 21 days later to repair it. I understand they are short staffed so we offered to bring to them or install the pump ourselves if they would provide it. They said to bring it to them and they would trade it for a different one so we did. My husband was bringing it to the edge of the truck bed to help them unload it. It received some minor scuffing. The washer they traded us is scratched dented ugly and definitely cheaper than what I had already bought but we have already been without a washer for 2 weeks now. While doing this trade out the woman and her helper decided it was time to make fun of my husband and our southern accents simply because the broken machine she sold us got a scuff mark.so they will never get money from me again.

Very happy with my purchase as well as the service. While in search of a new to me propane range I took a chance and stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised they had a double oven that would be available the following week, as this is truly what I was looking for but couldn’t fully afford. Well, for the age and quality of the stove they definitely charged a fair price based on what I’ve seen elsewhere. All the staff were extremely pleasant and the puppies on site made it even better. Oven is installed and works like a charm and came cleaned and tested. So far no complaints and I will probably come back when in need of an affordable appliances

Washer was filthy when it got here,, dirty socks even stuck underneath.... they said I could have the matching dryer cheap for the inconvenience got it here and wasn't a match to the washer! And it was not the best cleaning job on that either.. were in a pandemic people you need to clean your appliances upon taking them in! Nice people though.... may possibly use them again just because I liked the Owners so much but not sure

Excellent place with great machines, 90 day warranty, they not only delivered for a VERY nominal fee because it's on the second floor BUT they will hook up a washer and dryer. Wicked friendly in the store, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I bought a stove from them 2 yrs ago. I recently tried the self cleaning oven for the first time and the oven stopped working. I spoke to the owners daughter and she told me it was the control board and she could fix it for 85.00 labor and 65.00 parts. Two guys came over yesterday without the control board ! They took off the back of the stove took pics and wrapped a couple of wires and left. Then they returned within minutes. I thought they forgot something. They told me the owner wanted to charge me 85.00. I said for what ! You didn’t do anything. The stove still doesn’t work ! I don’t appreciate being scammed ! If you don’t fix the stove you don’t get paid ! Very disappointed in this business ! Will never do business with them again ! Why didn’t the owners daughter do what she said she was going to do. She knew what was wrong with the stove. Why did she send those two guys over.

We stopped here to get a washer dryer set. After looking around they came out with a dryer we really liked. I asked the owner if he had a matching washer which he had in the back. He let us see it. Had a little shipping damage but looked good. He gave us a great price and tested the washer to be sure it was working good. I went back later to pickup and they had two guys haul them out and load them. Quick and easy, the machines are working great and the service was awesome.
