Woah wow Bill’s pizza, classic Old Orchard pizza eating experience. I’m yet to meet the titular “Bill,” but he sure makes a good pizza. Call me crazy, but the Diet Coke they serve here is better than the bottled stuff. The only downside is that they are cash only, but I hardly trust those pesky credit card companies anyway so that’s a plus for me.

Best pizza in OOB! Our house I'd divided on this topic, but Bill's is definitely my favorite. The crust is great. It's not to thick, but also not too thin. The sauce isn't too sweet, and the pepperoni (my fave) has good flavor. I'm not sure about how it compares to other places with respect to pricing, but we got two slices for about $9. Pair that with some Pier Fries (conveniently next door) and you've got yourself a great lunch for under $20.

I got the pepperoni slice. It was good pizza. It was a bit on the greasy side but it was still really good. The slices aren’t too too big but good. I got my food very fast too, so it’s good if you want a small quick lunch

Usually really like the Pizza, I don't know what happened but it did not taste the same as before. I'm hoping it was just a mistake but they were recently bought out and I hope that's not the reason. I use to make the trip out at least once a year to have a pizza with the family but this time is was not great at all.

I know my pizza and this ain’t it. I’m a new local and have heard to check out pier fries “and get the pizza next door”. Not sure if the high ratings are from those that have grown up here fogged by nostalgia — but this just isn’t that good of a pie. Disappointed to be honest.

I went for an early lunch the other day. It was a little chilly and nobody was at the beach. Bill's had just opened for the day. I got my slice of pizza and it was obviously cold and reheated. It tasted like it was made the night before. It was disappointing. I'll give them one more chance because I usually like their pizza.

This review will be the same for 3 pizza places, Rocco's, Lisa's and Bill's. The reason for this is cause a friend asked me which I prefer from the 3 and I hadn't tried them so we decided to get 1 cheese slice from each and compare them. They are all on the main street here 5on old orchard beach, so it will always be a choice between them. First off, they are all decent slices of pizza. None of them were truly 5 stars worth but when comparing between the 3, I liked bills the best. It was also the cheapest and quickest to get from and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. So if I were to choose again I would go there. As for Lisa's, I liked that second best and service was ok but not as fast. Finally for Rocco's, this gets third place and I also have to mention that the person handling the slices was not using gloves and just grabbing the slice and putting it on a plate. This place was also the most expensive. So although the pizza was ok here, I would probably not go back there if I could avoid it. The line would have to be extremely long at the other 2 places and i would have to be dead set to have pizza. I tried not to think of the handling of the pizza while eating it and it kind of bothers me having to think about it again for the review. So that's my opinion of those 3 places. Maybe try a taste test for yourselves to compare ;)

Definitely a classic, a good stop of you're in the area and the line is short. They are a staple on the Old Orchard Beach boardwalk and the awning's shade is a respite on hot, sunny summer days. Otherwise not worth going out of your way. I was here in May, not many people out on the street yet. The staff was friendly other than a grumpy older guy that I didn't personally interact with. Priced for convenience. I've got plenty of other pizza slices to try in the area before I make my way back here though.

Very good pizza and friendly staff. Pizza had a nice flop but then held itself up real well on the fold. Place is super busy so slices are fresh all day with minimal wait time.
