Just left this Firestone after being there for an alignment that I scheduled 4 days ago. They only had 2 technicians working and it took an hour and a half for them to even get my truck in the bay. After they were supposedly complete I was told that they could not get it perfect because it is a 2500 truck. This is a brand new truck. I have just parked after driving just 2 to 3 miles and my truck is all over the road so I am now going to have to go elsewhere and have it properly aligned. Sad that after 2 and a half hours of waiting they are not professional enough to do the job right. I highly recommend any customers to go elsewhere. Service: Wheel alignment

This is a whole new crew they don't show you the damaged tire. They had placed a smaller tire and thank goodness the installer realized it put my spare and ordered the correct size. However I ended up paying more for the correct size, used to to be when you had an appointment the guys would go out of their way to get you in and out in a decent time. Today l was like a walk in. Granted they were busy. It's a different ambiance makes me wonder where all the other guys went.

Oil change and tire rotation and balance is 99$ . Good service and flexible. I do recommend making an apt. Took about 2hrs for th whole thing to be done. The manager was very curteous.

Please stay away from these guy. Let’s just say if you want to be nickel and dimed out of your money this is the place. I can’t trust a mechanic that all you see in his eyes is $$ dollar signs. Sad world we live in when you have to watch someone’s moves that’s working on your car bc you know his intentions are ill willed

I took my car to get serviced for not starting. After they did a full diagnostic I was told I needed a catalac converter, and a crankshaft senor. So they replaced that. I took my vehicle home and the next day it did not start again. I called Firestone and they told me to bring it back because it could be something else. Mind you, they did a full diagnostic on my vehicle. I took it back to get serviced then it turned out to be my starter. After purchasing the starter I spent 2200.00 total so far. Now my car was parked over the weekend and it did not want to start this morning and making a loud noise. Just terrible. All this money spent here and I'm still in the same situation. I did email and no response from anyone.

Bought 3 tires there, the service is quality, the people professional, accommodating, and polite to a little old lady. It means a lot to have someone to depend on, and these are dependable people.

So I went in here to get three tires replaced, I was able to show up before my shift and drop it off. Michael, the desk clerk, is well-schooled in his company training. He was able to find out what I wanted, and order tires for me. He was able to briefly describe to me why I wouldn’t need a complete set of services—I guess a lot of people have spent their stimulus money here. Before I was off work, they were able to fix my alignment and get all three tires on. They offered me lifetime alignment, for about the price of a performance tire. “That’s how they getcha to come back!” And they will get my service.

Very bad experience with this store; first we come because of a problem with a noise problem the guy he can make inspection to figure out the problem. Anyway after inspection he said the problem was in the front wheel bearing. Anyway he added other staff we are agreed on the estimate. When I came to pick the vechile he told me the problem is still there and he said it was the rear. Very unpleasant with this experience, I was expected firestone are more professional.
