My car battery died while my pregnant wife were running errands. This location closed at 7pm and we arrived at Firestone a few minutes afterwards. This incredibly kind gentleman unlocked the door for us anyway and helped us make sure our battery was healthy enough for the drive home. He even gave us advice on how to clean it!

Employee was very rude and had no reason to be as I was very polite. You could tell he was overwhelmed but had no right to yell at me. Didn’t get his name but was a guy in his late 40’s to early 50’s. I’ve been a Firestone employee for 15 plus years. I took my business to Midas just a couple store down. Their service was tremendous. Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Transmission

Bad Techs and Management, I recently had my vehicle there for suspension and a alignment. After getting the call that my vehicle was ready I find out that while at there shop my car was left out over night and my catalytic convertor was taken off the car by someone. When I requested the info for the parts hat were replaced in the theft I was given a invoice by louis and Paul for $0.00 and had no info on it. Once I actually made it out to the car I find that my battery is dead and I am told by louis that they have been having problems with it (have had 0 issues with the battery since I left). Once the car is actually started by them I find that I have a traction control light that is still on(has everything to do with an alignment) I questioned Louis about the issue and he signals the female employee over to me, when she walk over her response is "what's the problem" I explain the issue about the alignment and trac light but she only can tell me that Its not the same thing and that I need to pay more money for them to figure out this issue. I have since taken my vehicle to another shop and they called Firestone, the rep from Firestone was sure to point out to my other shop that I was being being difficult and rushed the job after I found out there were parts stolen off of my car. I guess I should have been more concerned about there work load and everyone's feelings after my car was vandalized. Take your car to the dealer, It might be a little pricy but is worth it 150%.. given the level of service and attention you receive from these smaller mom and pop places.

The gentleman that help me replace my tires was wonderful. I left to know that we are moving out into the country so I needed tires that were better equipped for dirt roads and long driving then city streets and short distances and he helped me set up the right tires and even changed out different rooms for me so that the tires would not get used as heavily. To help make the tires last longer

The customer & auto service was awesome! I had a sheared off lug nut that was pretty bad and stuck in place. After several hours they were able to get it off and fix it (yeah that's how bad it was). Just want to say "Thank y'all so very much for taking the time to complete it as most would have given up...I appreciate y'all!!"

Took my 2003 cobra to get an alignment and Mr. Jordan along with his team were extremely professional got me in & out and I’m extremely happy with the alignment. They built one by my house but ill take the travel and be returning since I had such a great experience at this location. Thank you Mr. Jordan for the great professional honest customer service, hard to find nowadays.

I had some rear noises coming from my car. I took it in to get it checked out. They got me in and checked out very quickly. They fixed the problem and did not charge me. The costumer service was very good and professional. I heard him dealing with other costumers the same way. We had been to this same Firestone before, both visits had the same results.
