Scheduled an appointment to take my car in & get an oil change but also had them check out my brakes since the light just came on. Joey went out of his way to make sure I knew what was going on with my car, got me a quote quickly & got everything fixed within a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back to this location! This is a whole new crew they don't show you the damaged tire. They had placed a smaller tire and thank goodness the installer realized it put my spare and ordered the correct size. However I ended up paying more for the correct size, used to to be when you had an appointment the guys would go out of their way to get you in and out in a decent time. Today l was like a walk in. Granted they were busy. It's a different ambiance makes me wonder where all the other guys went. ~Maria

Nick the service writer, Juan and Jonathan the technician helped me this afternoon, so that I can be back on the road tomorrow early morning. If there is 10 Stars available here on Google, I would put it for them! So the story was, I was driving on Wurzbach Parkway this noon time, and left wheels went over a huge ditch at 80 miles an hour, that instantly threw off the alignment on my truck. Because I have to leave town tomorrow morning at 7 am for business trip, so that means I need to try to get the alignment done, or else I will be driving the truck with new tires that are less than 5000 miles for the whole road trip with bad alignment. On typical Saturday at 2:30pm, it's late, and I called this location and expecting that they might not be able to help me, sure they will have cars lined up waiting for services just like me. Over the phone Nick asked what are the things I need them to work on, then he went and checked their schedule and asking if I can come right away and leave my truck till 7pm, so they can have it work on after other appointments. I rushed over and got here around 30 minutes after the call, and they do have lots of cars in line waiting for service, and Nick assured me again that they can have my truck ready for me at 7pm. I had to wait there because I had no other rides to take me home, then I heard they were having conversations with two customers who had extra problems that came unexpectedly, so it did slow down their work, but because of this, I saw the details that they are looking out for the customers, and that is not simply because they want to make money off you, I can see that the guys they cared about the customers, that is why they go beyond. As to my truck, I bought the Lift Time Alignment, plus the same for tires mount and balance. So I didn't have to pay extra while here doing the service, just had to pay the oil change. Guess what, because the guys promised they will get me out by 7pm, the delays of other jobs made them stayed till 8pm to finish up the work for my truck, I really appreciate how they are taking care their customers. I do suggest that everyone to come and ask for Nick, he is great guy and will do his best to assist your need. ~Johnson

The gentleman that help me replace my tires was wonderful. I left to know that we are moving out into the country so I needed tires that were better equipped for dirt roads and long driving then city streets and short distances and he helped me set up the right tires and even changed out different rooms for me so that the tires would not get used as heavily. To help make the tires last longer ~billie

I don't care if the store staff don't greet and say hello.***What matters is that they got me the correct size fuel pump at an affordable price. ****I want to send some love to the wonderful and talented work staff at Oreillys auto parts. ****I tried Auto Zone and they gave me the wrong auto part and they charged double the amount. O'Reilly's Auto Parts is my go-to place for auto parts or all my Automotive needs for that matter was previously a long time AutoZone customer but a store manager from a location in New Braunfels Texas whom I will not mention only because I don't want him to get fired from AutoZone and then maybe get a job at O'Reilly's LOL let him stay at AutoZone O'Reilly's Auto Parts no matter what location has all my business for the rest of my living days thank you O'Reilly's and for all the employees whom I've had great experiences with there are always professional and knowledgeable👍 ~Joe

Went to this location for the yearly required TX Inspection on 08/22/22. Employee inspecting my car collided with another car driven by another employee. My car is undrivable and Jiffy Lube/PVA is accepting NO responsibility. They won't even call me back. Police report was made. I make a living with my car. Once again, the little guy loses!!! DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE OR ANY OF THEIR FRANCHISEES!!!!! ~Hilary

I would've give this store a 5 rating if it wasn't for a young man who seem to have an attitude to everything I asked him for. I even asked if he would be able to help me to place the wipers I was buying and he immediately said No, we don't do that. When I came out to check my vehicle to check what kind I needed, I got Joshua instead. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and he was very kind to help me set my wipers even. He went above and beyond with all the things I was looking for. This kind of people is what makes the difference in customer service. 👍🏼 ~P.
