Front desk staff very helpful since I hadn't been there before. They checked out the AC as I asked to be done & did the repairs. They kept me informed about what was being done & when it would be finished but an important thing for me was they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things that didn't need to be done. As a single woman who doesn't know a lot about cars I appreciate that.

I had to get my tire plugged. The wait was long, but even longer once it got on the ramp. The mechanic had my car in tge air then decided to eat lunch. When i went to ask what was going on, the cashier was super rude. Got smart with me talking about what he told me anout calling me when they were done and when I asked why my hood was open, he was trying to brush me off so I asked him again and he replied that they're "checking my fluids as a courtesy, if I dont want it done then say so." I will never recommend anyone to come here and I will never come here again! It does not take 3 hours to get your tire plugged!! Service: Tires

Came over to get my vehicle checked for steering wheel vibration. Tires were replaced at this site. Service rep (think his name is Paul) had attitude while keeping a conversation about service needs. He questioned my statement about service done a few weeks ago showing me the screen saying “you said last week!” Where I know for a fact that has been longer than a week, so thought his system was reflecting maintenance done last week to find out that he misunderstood my comment, but made me feel like a liar. Later on, I mentioned the need to do rotation thinking they could have done it while the vehicle was onsite. I drive a corporate vehicle that has scheduled maintenance. When I asked him how often tire rotation should be done, his answer was. “Look at your service guide” when the answer could have been “It is recommended to be performed very ### miles”. He also said at the same time of the oil change. Well I did maintenance at this site including oil change, tires, wipers (they stated they would replaced them, but they didn’t back then”) and oil filter. He asked for my guide to find out that it was in fact due for tire rotation and oil change. Then he said “You should have told me that!!” Well sir, you have a screen with database that shows all this information and your business has to do with selling products and services. So you sir missed the opportunity to sell me additional services because you didn’t want to review the vehicle’s service history at your location. An appointment has been made, but thinking about it, I will just look for another site where personnel is taught how to treat customers and sell additional services. This site is sometimes “hit and miss”. The individual seems to be new and really needs additional training before he starts working with customers (in my opinion). But for sure my last resource. Just too rude!

I am not happy at all with Firestones quality of tires. Instead of writing a page letter just take my advice. Stay away from firestone brand tires. They don't last and are cheap quality. Also, these guys here will make up whatever story to bring in money rather than warranty your items purchased. Update******** Never contacted as was promised. Took car to Big o tires and was told by technician my car has never had an alignment. Told me he could tell from the wear in my treads. Only the outside treads were worn down and the rest of the tread was good. So the last 2 times I took in my car they never did the alignment but kept the car all day and said they did. Yeah. These guys are the worst. I will never come back here. Especially when I pay for work and get scammed.

I had way better customer service here then I did at the bandera/leon valley location. My appt was set at 10am and I was able to get service around 8-8:30am. I have found a new location closer to home on a main street and thats all that really matters to me.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8am for wheel alignment. I came back at 9am after running an errand and they hadn’t even pulled my car back yet. They clearly just forgot about it because when I went in and asked about it, they pulled the car back right away. It seems scheduling an appointment was pointless. Service: Wheel alignment

If you want anything done after work you probably should go somewhere else. This guy working inside tells me we're closed before I step all the way inside the door. I walk away only to glance at my watch and return asking him what their hours are. He proceeds to explain they are "open" for another 45 minutes however they are finishing up the days jobs and unable to accept any others. When I explained that I merely wanted pricing on tires he quickly changed his tune. A man walked in 15 minutes afterwards asking for inspection sticker and he was told to drive up to the garage and they would help him. This was enough for me, if you treat customers like that don't expect them to spend their money with you. I bought 4 new tires @799.00 elsewhere because of the attitude and lack of professionalism from the young man working the counter. My family HAD been customers of Firestone as long as I can remember.

I called and asked if they were doing vehicle inspections today. I asked if they had availability today. I was told yes to both questions. I drove all the way over here to be told that the ONLY person certified to do this was not in today. Why was I not told this over the phone??? Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Nick the service writer, Juan and Jonathan the technician helped me this afternoon, so that I can be back on the road tomorrow early morning. If there is 10 Stars available here on Google, I would put it for them! So the story was, I was driving on Wurzbach Parkway this noon time, and left wheels went over a huge ditch at 80 miles an hour, that instantly threw off the alignment on my truck. Because I have to leave town tomorrow morning at 7 am for business trip, so that means I need to try to get the alignment done, or else I will be driving the truck with new tires that are less than 5000 miles for the whole road trip with bad alignment. On typical Saturday at 2:30pm, it's late, and I called this location and expecting that they might not be able to help me, sure they will have cars lined up waiting for services just like me. Over the phone Nick asked what are the things I need them to work on, then he went and checked their schedule and asking if I can come right away and leave my truck till 7pm, so they can have it work on after other appointments. I rushed over and got here around 30 minutes after the call, and they do have lots of cars in line waiting for service, and Nick assured me again that they can have my truck ready for me at 7pm. I had to wait there because I had no other rides to take me home, then I heard they were having conversations with two customers who had extra problems that came unexpectedly, so it did slow down their work, but because of this, I saw the details that they are looking out for the customers, and that is not simply because they want to make money off you, I can see that the guys they cared about the customers, that is why they go beyond. As to my truck, I bought the Lift Time Alignment, plus the same for tires mount and balance. So I didn't have to pay extra while here doing the service, just had to pay the oil change. Guess what, because the guys promised they will get me out by 7pm, the delays of other jobs made them stayed till 8pm to finish up the work for my truck, I really appreciate how they are taking care their customers. I do suggest that everyone to come and ask for Nick, he is great guy and will do his best to assist your need.
