Was greeted by a very nice man named Devin. I needed my car inspected and he was right it didn’t take long at all and I’m so happy I didn’t have to waste my entire lunch hour on getting my car inspected. The staff was courteous. Definitely using this particular Jiffy Lube! Thank you!

The gentleman at Jiffy Lube on Fredericksburg Rd. Are always kind, respectful, and caring. They take care of my car needs and make it an enjoyable experience. Went to this location for the yearly required TX Inspection on 08/22/22. Employee inspecting my car collided with another car driven by another employee. My car is undrivable and Jiffy Lube/PVA is accepting NO responsibility. They won't even call me back. Police report was made. I make a living with my car. Once again, the little guy loses!!! DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE OR ANY OF THEIR FRANCHISEES!!!!!

I've been going to this location for years. This past year has been very disorganized. Different staff all the time, always hiring new inexperienced people; all services not done. This last service all staff except manager where new and doing hands on training. The system was down and I still have not received my receipt. I will continue to go there, I'm sure by next time all will be well, I hope. Service: Oil change

Fastest oil change I've ever had. Just under 4 minutes 15 seconds. If I hadn't seen this guy Luke and his buddy with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it. Best service hands down.

Customer service was fine but the fact that my car is leaking fluid after my oil change, is a major problem. July 6th - I can back up here and the manager took a look at my jeep and it was determined that the filter was not screwed properly. He personally took care of the issue.
